We have booked Andaman trip for 4 nights and 5 days. -> It was told like in Port Blair the hotel accommodation was 3 star but it not at all 3 start. Even to get hot water we struggled alot. The stay in that hotel was for 2 days. For those days no hot water was provided. The hotel name is Island Pride. -> The worse part was happened in Neil Island. There was proper coordination between people of great andaman. we reached havelock on 2nd day morning 10.30 am. There the co-ordinators told that 2nd day Havelock will be covered and 3rd day the ferry to Neil would be at 2.30 PM. Which was ok. -> We got into ferry to Neil at 2.30 PM and reached at around 4 PM. Here, even the tour coordinator didn't come to pick us. Instead other guy came and told us that there is one point to see "The natural bridge" and then he told the next dau morning ferry is at 8.30 PM which was surprising. No time was provided to see Neil Island. 3 rd day at neil I have spent almost 1.5 hr with all the tour coordinates and no proper response from the people. I had to call multiple times. They told that the Govt ferry which was in the afternoon was cancelled on the 4th day so had to rush in the morning. On the whole we have just seen the natural bridge and after quarreling with people then the Scuba diving is planned in the morning 6 am. Actually speaking we were not satisfied with the Neil Island Trip. Even the head tour coordinators were least bothered how we spent in the Neil. We ourselves have to contact them and had to give feedback. They just told that I was not reachable. But instead have all the drivers numbers, withing of the sources they can contact us. Finally, the Neil Island has created improper impression due to lack of coordination between the coordinators. This had impact on the entire trip feedback. So much money we spend to cover all the points. To our surprise we just spent couple of hours in Neil. Instead if that was removed from our itenary we would have saved both money and time. Am writing this review for all the travellers. Please have check of the complete plan we they give along with the timings before starting at Port Blair in order avoid confusion which will lead in either missing the view points or will lead us to hurry. It has to like a relaxed trip rather than hurry bury trip. I would like to suggest the Great Andaman people also, to plan the trip properly and explain the tour trip along with timings the first day itself. One more important thing is that , you need to talk to customers if they are comfortable or not, which not happening. Instead, they are shouting at customers which is ruthless. Though the 3 days went well, the Neil Island trip made us to forget that 3 days trip also. Atleast now take initiate so that the customers wont face such issue.

Our Andaman trip was really good, the service provided by Travel Triangle and especially Sky Tours and Travels (Agent - Bandna, for a special mention :) ) was just right. We wanted to do Elephant beach tour, however due to some accidents the beach is closed for an indefinite time, so Bandna informed this to us well in advance, so we could plan our itinerary properly, and choose different routes. All the hotel rooms and ferry tickets were booked in advance, and the tickets were handed to us on the first day itself, so there was no confusions there. Overall the trip was very good, no hassles anywhere, and everything went smoothly.

Each destination I get to meet a person who should be a point of contact but they never been seen other then shake hands when we get down the ferry. It's the drivers who were our saviours who explained and guided us through the whole journey. Even when we had issue at the hotel in Havelock it's the driver who spoke and got the confusion of rooms sorted. It's only in Port Blair Deepak was there to help us on the first and last day. Hotel in Port Blair was pathetic, very small room and no cleanliness. Why I even took a snap of a cockroach :) My suggestion for other travellers if you are staying two nights in Port Blair stay is a bigger hotel with a balcony to relax and closer to the market side. Scuba dive @ Nile Island Havelock we wasted time at the Elephanf Beach since all water sports was very expensive.

Trip was well planned and almost every place was covered. But the hotels were not hygienic, we had asked for budget hotels but not unhygienic and stinky. Except seagull hotel, port Blair. for other hotels I will rate 1 star for Radhakrishna resort, havelock and 2star for sarthak regency, Neil. The driver in Neil was showing unwanted attitude. Other wise I would have rated 5 out of 5 star. Time spent in radhanagar beach was really memorable.. You should not miss the sunset.

The coordination were good.. We came return from havelock to portblair by confusion instead of neil island. Then we call to mr. Manaf (coordinator) and he provide the cab on sos basis.. And arrange a day tour for neil island. And provide hotel at hacelock on complementry basis.. Where the mistake falls by us.. Thanks to richlife travels!

Over all, a good journey with few small hiccups here and there. They were quite professional. Drivers were polite However, I would to mention about below hiccups. Hotel:- Airport Hotel was not up to the mark. Broken toilet. No so good AC. In aparupa sand marina, though I was entitled for an executive cottage, I was not given one. Cab Service:- the drivers were polite and well behaved. However, they were only for pick up and defined destination. 1. Even for visiting market or dinner plan, they were charging 500 Rs. This was not in my earlier travels with travel triangle. A driver used to be there with us through out. I did not like this part. 2. On two occasions drivers picked up unknown people without our permissions. a) Bharatpur beach to hotel in Neil island. b) Port Blair: Port to Hotel on 2nd April. I had let it go. However, cab service providers should know these basic things. 3. Port Blair: Port to Hotel on 2nd April. Driver was not aware of our pick up. Andaman lacks mobile & internet connectivity. So difficult to call and confirm with drivers every time. We had absolutely no connectivity in Neil. So could not connect with driver beforehand. We had to wait for 30 minutes. These things should have been sorted clearly between agent and cab providers. Agent Service:- Agent should have informed me about Baratang island. I got to know about it after booking my flight tickets. This is my second trip with Travel Triangle. Meghalaya trip was an awesome one. So I had very very very high expectations. :-).

Everything was good but little improvement required in your management staff , because when I reached first day hotel staff is treated unusual manner they gave me wrong room ,I booked decorated room but they gave me simple too when I asked about other room they said u wait 2 hrs we will provide you other room . finally after 1 hrs waiting give me other room so your first impression was very bad
