Fun-filled Andaman Tour Package 5 Days & 4 Nights

We had a great time in Andaman. Everything went as per the Itinerary. Thanks to Lazyatra. However, we expected better hotels at Port Blair and Havelock. April 17th and April 21st - Hotel Seagull at Port Blair - The hotel was decent and clean, However the rooms were too small and there was no welcome drink. April 18th and 19th - Hotel Blue Island Beach Resort - The hotel was not clean at all. There was no Welcome drink. The washroom had a foul smell. There were ants roaming all round the bathroom. The flush, buckets and mugs were not maintained well. There was no room service. We expected room to be cleaned up as we had 2 days of stay. The bath towels were also not changed on the second day. We expected them to change bath towels, refill water bottles as they were already used on the first day. But noneof these were done. There was no intercom to connect to reception or restaurant. On checking about the same with one of the staff, they bluntly requested to walk down to reception and restaurant by mentioning "Thoda chala kijiye, insaan ke sehat ke liye acha hota hai". This kind of behaviour wasnt expected. I am attaching photos of Blue Island Beach resort.

Whiteshell representative Raji did a wonderful job in coordinating with the hotels as per my requirements and all the bookings were made well in advance.Mr Anil who coordinated with us throughout the trip made sure the he was on time during my arrival till the the time I Departed Andaman.He also know the details about the place and makes you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend White shell travel to others as they are travel agents from Andaman itself.Over all very professional, reasonable and friendly in their approach. They infact surprised us with a gift which we would treasure for a lifetime. Jolly Bouy Island trip,glassbottom ride, Scuba diving in Havelock , Radha Nagar beach and Chidyatapu sunset, Kalapathar beach.

We had a wonderful tour to Andaman. Right from finalising the itenery to execution to the perfection is what we experienced about TravelTriangle. Cab driver Mr.Sanjay in Havelock was demanding and not clear on timings and made us wait for long time and we missed ferry to Elephanta Beach. Except that every other thing in the trip was great.

Shifali : - was really helpful, right from coordinating with the flight booking team and Andaman agencies. - For any doubts regardless of time, she clarified all the details for last minute messages from Spicejet team. - she was also good in organizing my calls with agencies. Andaman Bliss - Hameed : - very kind and humble in organizing the trip as per our requirement - his team was damn good in coordinating all the timely requirement during our stay in Andaman. - Cab facility(Rahul) and the driver Nitish(port blair) and Surjith (havelock) were excellent in providing the details of the place and humble in coordinating the timely pickup and drop irrespective of the time. - Back end team - Nirmala and Navin were also helpful in guiding us with our requirements . - Buji in Baratang helped in quick booking of tickets and visit to limestone caves, mud valcanoes and even for the last minute of bus booking from Baratang to POrtBlair.

Mridul from "Da Ocean World" designed our package and high regards for that.... I was happy with his offerings. But the biggest problem is -- NO communication between Mridul and Andaman local coordinators..... Most of the things that were promised to me, got changed when I really visited Port Blair. The biggest problem was, their local in-charge "Tanmay" was totally unresponsive. Day 1: They changed my Hotel without any information and pushed me to 2 star Hotel... After wasting 1.5 hours, they upgraded my room in that 2 star hotel.... The food and service was totally below standard. Day 2: I had to check out without breakfast... Though I requested hotel people to provide Milk for my little kid but they denied saying nothing can be provided before 07:00am in the morning. One more issue was, I was promised to have either Makruzz or Green-Ocean Ferry while going to Havelock but they booked some other ferry service for me. At Havelock too, my Hotel room was not blocked by them, but the local coordinator Roopkumar quickly managed to get it for me. Day 3: Overall peaceful day and enjoyable day at Havelock Resort. Day 4: My journey to Neil island was booked in a government ferry... Though they charged me for Private ferry... This time also nobody was there to answer me why it happened like that. The bad part was, they did not inform Neil island coordinator about my arrival and I had to struggle to find the right person/driver. - The worst experience was waiting here -- They dropped me to Resort but my room was not booked. I wasted 2 hours to contact Mridul/Tanmay/Sohail/Tanya and others to sort out this mess. I had only one day at Neil island and by the time I got my room, it was already 12:30 pm.. half day wasted.... They took money 2 months in advance but still rooms were not blocked. Day 5: Back to Port Blair and very good support provided by Sohail/Siraj to arrange my visit to Cellular Jail and drop back to Airport. The biggest issue is -- No communication between the agent who books your travel and the local representatives who execute the tour. Do ask for Hotel confirmation if you book with them (In my case they never provided).

None of the Travel coordinator contacted us by their own, I had to inform them about my movement. On havelock arrival, no one was there to receive. I had to call them for pickup.

The journey was pleasant and highly appreciated the team's effort to reach the ferry for a delayed flight. Everything was planned and assisted on time. Our itinerary was great, and TripTrail provided us most info as possible.

Havelock and Neil trip was well planned. However, I am not happy with local portblair experience. Travel agents could have managed it better. Looked like money minded and required many follow ups.... Havelock Island

The whole trip was neatly planned with proper co-ordinations at all places. Thanks to Raji and Anil, specially on the last day for all the help. We really enjoyed the trip.

The services rendered by the travel agent was very good. Hotel booked for us in Portblair was very nice,but resort allotted in Havelock was not good.The service was very bad. Cruise and cab services were moderate. Scuba diving at Vijayanagar beach was ever memorable

It was a very nice trip including all the service's. Had a good experience with Travel Triangle. Thank you for making the trip memorable.... I am giving 4 star to hotel as my Havelock resort rooms was not as good as expected but no complains.... Over all an amazing trip... Thank you once again..

Travel agency need to be more communicative. Suggestion about cost of other activities not proper. Very beautifully place to visit, water sports nice experience.

THE place is good, but the hotels and food was not upto mark. What I promised I didnt get. The hotels were cheap and food was .... This time I was very un happy with travel triangle where i was not properly guided

Hotels can improve upon certain basic amenities like providing wipers n sufficient toiletries in the bathrooms. Efforts should be taken to improve the connectivity and WiFi should be provided in the rooms. Radha Nagar beach
