I went to Thailand with my family on May 19th to May 24th, 2019. This my first attempt with Travel Triangle and it was a great pleasure. Once the payment is completed, they send me the voucher with all the details. At first I was concerned about how the cab driver will know about my arrival in Thailand. I didn't have to find long for the answer. Everything was set and pre-arranged in such a manner that there was no confusion what so ever. The drivers arrived at the venue on specified time, was courteous and clear about the information. All tickets were reserved and we faced no issues what so ever. The response number provided in the voucher was also helpful.

i had a family trip with the help of travel triangle from 6th Oct 2019 to 11th Oct 2019. I had chosen a package of airport pick up to airport drop.. Team helped me and provided a customized package of pattaya and bangkok. I am glad that while searching on google for a good travel agency i found this somewhere being mentioned by a traveller. Our trip was completely hassle free. The hotels provided in pattaya was very good. All pick up and drops were exactly at the time mentioned. No delay. Pattaya local guide was always available in whatsapp and was quite responsive. In bangkok the hotel was OK Ok type. Rooms and bathrooms are not that clean as expected. Good thing is Indian Whatsapp Team was always active and responsive whenever any query was posted. The only minor problem we had during the last day Safari Park tour where we were compelled to wait for 30 mins because of some miscommunication about tickets. Would have given full rating if this had not happened. Except that minor all everything was executed in a timely manner without any hurdles. Thank you Team because of which we had a very memorable trip. Gud luck n best wishes..

Only one complain, during VoA process at DMK airport, due to long queue it took 3:30 hrs to complete the VoA process. So pickup vehicle left for pattaya without us. As I informed driver to wait till 9:00 am but he refuse to wait. So we have book a cab for Pattaya and paid him from my own pocket. Dolphin show, safari world, coral island, golden temple

Everything in the trip was perfect starting from itinerary to hotels ,food ,etc.except that the cab driver picking us up from Pattaya hotel dropped us with our luggage at the middle of an unknown road for which faced great difficulties on reaching Bangkok and missed the temple visits as well..was never ever expecting this .had been to Manali also few months back through travel triangle that time every memory was great..hope travel triangle looks into the matter so that I can book more trips in future..apart from that the whole trip arrangements by travel triangle and travel fireflies were great

This is the second time I was booking my trip wit travel triangle... This time I was heavy disappointed wit their service... Firstly they didn't create any group as they usually do.. They kept us at the mercy of the drivers... V didn't get any info abt our nxt prog unless u call n ask our agent in India... In our bangkok itinerary it was mentioned as 2 temple tour but they showed only one temple n skiped another one saying itz raining, itz far n traffic jam..... It was not properly coordinated btw hotel pple, travel I charge etc... V were always in dark abt our nxt prog.... Iam highly disappointed......i vl not cme bck to travel triangle again...

The whole trip was well managed. But as a suggestion I would like to say that it could have been 3 days at Pattaya and two days at Bangkok instead of 2 days at Pattaya and 3 days at Bangkok because hotel was better in Pattaya than that in bangkok and moreover the beach was at walking distance. Secondly the last day at Bangkok was just an add on, because we had to check out at standard time 12 pm but flight was at 12 am midnight and cab picked up from hotel at 6 pm and we reached the airport way before the estimated time. So I would say last day was not worthwhile otherwise the whole trip was well managed , everything was perfect ranging from food, transport and local guides there were very polite friendly and professional. Although some of them were not so good in English but still their humble behaviour is enough to made us understand what they wanted to convey. It was my first international trip so the whole trip was memorable. Apart from what I mentioned in testimonial there was nothing to complain. So I can say I had a great time in Thailand.

My Trip to Thailand was not so good as per my expectations. There was lot of problems I faced in my Trip. On the first Day I reached Bangkok at 5.00am in morning. I was given a official stay of 30 minutes on the way to Pattaya but the Cab driver refused for the stay and only after 5 minutes he picked us back as he said that he has another job at 8 am at Pattaya. I don't understand why he was in hurry and why such driver was assigned to us, when he was already having another job at Pattaya. Moreover the Cab driver was late to receive us at Airport. We had to wait till 1.00PM for check in at Hotel in Pattaya. I was allotted a non smoking room at Hotel . I had already discussed with Tour agent for providing me a smoking room and hotel which allows smoking . But in vain. I also made a contact with tour agent from Pattaya and informed the same to him but again in vain. After this, same thing happened at Bangkok. Again non smoking room was provided to me even after asking tour agent telephonically from Pattaya, but in vain... I would like to say that the travel agency which organized my trip last year was too good in comparison to this year.

The guide and the drivers are on time but the check in time makes us feel lightly uncomfortable if u change tat it would be better for the people for refresh. Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!! Few days we face a bit re-scheduling/delay in cab arrivals but support team took care of the issue and all the planned activities are completed with in time. Overall had a great trip. Our overall experience in Thailand was good. Our stay in Pattaya was excellent: Good service provided @Bella express, cordial guide and taxi drivers. Location of the hotel was good. One saddening part here was, @siracha tiger zoo, in spite of we paying for the ticket in advance from India, we had to wait for almost 45 mins as the booking wasn't done. We had to make multiple calls to get our tickets booked by your travel agent. Also, our stay in Bangkok wasn't a pleasant one. First of all, Woraburi Sukhumvit Hotel wasn't that spacious. We felt uncomfortable in that tiny like closet. Location of the hotel was far from main road but manageable. Our tour guide wasn't that efficient enough to approach us. The cab driver was late in pick up and we also missed one of the show at morning @safari world. End of the day, our driver made us wait near the exit point for an hour and we didn't have any way to contact him. According to the schedule for the last day:we had to visit 2 famous temples, but only one was covered as the driver wasn't informed by the guide in Bangkok about our scheduled places. We seemed to be lost in Bangkok. Was expecting the same level of service as we received in pattaya. The response from travel triangle wasn't that satisfactory to us. The enthusiasm shown by Travel Triangle prior booking didn't last post booking. To clarify our doubts, we had to send multiple emails and we have still not received response for it. As suggested by Travel Triangle, the WhatsApp group was created very late. I came to know about the group after landing Thailand. Our initial destination was to travel to Malaysia, but we didn't get good response for this. Due to poor response from Travel Triangle agent also, we had to change our destination to Thailand. I hope this feedback will bring some change in the service you provide. Finally from Unique Travelz Ms. Palak was very efficient and supportive. She was always reachable to clarify our doubts. Good job. Thank you Palak for your support
