        The package was excellent. Pick ups were on time every day, except for the mess up created by the hotel guys on return day. Red planet hotel was way below par compared to glow. 30th when we returned after phi phi, there was no water in the whole floor. We waited till 9.30pm taking hotel staff for granted as they said it will be ok in an hour. At 9.30pm we shifted our rooms. May be that created the confusion regarding hotel room numbers. But that was beyond your scope of course. All our queries were attended to either online or on call promptly. Accommodation at Glow was superb. Thank you all you guys for the arrangements. Thanking you all once again. Kudos guys.

        I went to Thailand with my family on May 19th to May 24th, 2019. This my first attempt with Travel Triangle and it was a great pleasure. Once the payment is completed, they send me the voucher with all the details. At first I was concerned about how the cab driver will know about my arrival in Thailand. I didn't have to find long for the answer. Everything was set and pre-arranged in such a manner that there was no confusion what so ever. The drivers arrived at the venue on specified time, was courteous and clear about the information. All tickets were reserved and we faced no issues what so ever. The response number provided in the voucher was also helpful.

        The hotel was not kids friendly inspite of insisting on one like kids pool. Hotel was self serviced. We had to carry our own luggage while check in and check out. local sightseeing was also compromised with extremely budget tours and short trips. Local sight seeing was on SIC basis, which did not provide enough time to explore the local areas which could have been well communicated specifically knowing that we had two small kids with us. There was hardly anytime left at phi phi island due to late departure and fixed time return. The phi phi island tour was let down for us. Extra charges were added at d time of billing which was not mentioned earlier. In all, a disappointing experience with no value for money. The communication during the entire tour was poor, as a result we have to pay extra charges at various occasions during the trip. No contribution from your side for best memories, sorry to say that.

        The trip was very good. But few things to consider. Learn some Thai before hand which will be quite useful while dealing with local store keepers and cab drivers. My schedule was bit hectic due to the timings. So, always check for a gap of at least 1-2 hour for each trip and consider the traffic as well. One suggestion is to keep water bottle with you other wise the drinking water is very costly. Everything else was all good.

        Stay at Ashlee Plaza Patong- Though the Hotel was in a prime location, the hotel staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and impolite. Firstly, there was not even a staff who can help us with carrying luggage. The reception folks barely understood any English. AC was not working properly in the room and when we asked about that, there was absolutely no response from them. Stay at Sunda Resorts: Staff were good but the complimentary breakfast was very horrible. Though a nice resort, it is put in a place which looks to be secluded . If one wants to come out after 6 PM, it was very scary. Stay at Bangkok: Very nice place, warm welcoming staff. Cab transfers: Overall good. Should have English speaking drivers (though mentioned in the itinerary, it was not so with all drivers) Flight transfer from Kraby to Bangkok: Could have given a better airlines. Thai Lion airways was worst. Be it flight ambiance, staff behavior, everything is poor. Another key thing is the agent/travel operator should be able to give a brief but a good info about the place and tips for preparing ourselves while visiting those places. For eg: for cruise or for a long tail boat trip, what are the necessary things that have to be carried with us, if there are kids, what is required in terms of dress, materials, docs etc. Thanks to Aditya (Travel Fireflies) for helping out in the planning. Overall a good trip!!!

        The start of journey was good with cab ,driver and other services however on last the we got to know that they haven't booked elephant santury for which I have taken the plan specially..all mood was spoiled as all space was full and they said we can refund you...people are not here for refund..it's not a product. It's a service....later on when I have checked other slot I asked them to book it for which I need to pay extra..and due to their mistake all city tour was done in so much rush to reach on time for elephant sanctuary in such hot days with 2 year baby in our uncomfortable cloths which we had to wear in elephant sanctuary and then need to change for Citi tour.....i appreciate that they finally booked it..but in case that show is also not available then it would have spoiled the whole trip purpose as it was the most excited thing for which we came from India. Also the cab driver on last day took us to some other place and not aware of the location which wasted so much time and doesn't know basic English..Even you do 100 things good but one single miss can spoil whole experience. I regret as I have missed another quote for same itinerary and hotel in lesser amount...in the end it was luck that we got another slot so finally we can say the trip was good. Elephant jungle sanctuary with half day tour must to do as it's a one time experience which will last forever.

        Thanks for the travel arrangement & asking for the feedback . This was our 2nd international trip using ravel Triangle .. Here are some feedback point where we had to spend extra money during the trip which we request to refund . On the day of arrival , we were charged 50 THB each total 200THB for not having proper size of the passport size photo , which were not communicated to us by the KOH guys . They just said passport pic , but there is a standard size they need . We had to pay as there was no way to get the Visa on arrival . Day of 1st travel for Marine Park & Safari World , we met with an accident by the car we were traveling . My daughter got hurt as car had a collision and applied sudden break . This also caused delay to reach the Marine Park where some shows already started , so we missed some shows . Day of 2nd travel to BKK airport by cab , had to pay 25 THB in the Toll Plaza , which I communicated to the agent but not refund Day of 3rd at Phuket , we told to wait in the hotel lobby at 7 am for Phi Phi Island , but the pick up car never came . After one hours they messaged me “Sorry “ Additionally we stuck in the hotel lift for 45 minutes , as there was no one in the hotel at Phuket . The hotel booked for us was not good where there is no service personal at all . Day of 4th at Phuket , Phi Phi Island tour . We had to pay 80 THB at the cruse port for the Cleaning Fee of Phi Phi Island worth 20 THB each , total 80 THB So I had to pay 305 THB additional, which we request to refund .. Thanks for your understanding and support ..
