            We had an okay experience. The travel agent changed the houseboat but the houseboat provided was good so no major complaint regarding that. The 1 hr complimentary Shikara ride is a scam, once we reached there the Shikara person told us it is a welcome ride so it won't cover the entire area plus it is not 1hour but only 40 min ride, And need to pay 2k extra for the actual Dal lake view ride. When we refused, they instead took us just to the market place to make us buy something and as we had nothing to buy they took us back in about 25- 30 mins. Disappointing experience. The driver was friendly and good, but we felt like he was never really interested in showing us anything out of the way. And it was mentioned in the itinerary that driver will be at disposal during the package, but once our driver dropped us to a hotel he would not be available after that, even if we needed to go out somewhere for sometime. So, overall it was an okay experience.

            First of all thanks to Mr. Javed of real good time home stay who gave us a memorable and tremendous reception in his home. The condition of Homestay sanitation, food,everything was excellent and highly recommended. Mr Javed behaviour was marvelous. In sonmarg hotel rooms condition was good but they need attention on food taste and non veg stink problem,bathroom accessories like toothpaste and hand wash soap. Electric kettle was there but no sugar and tea/cofee available.plz provide it in future. Sonmarg hotel staff behaviour was very good. Houseboat condition and staff behaviour was very good. But the same problem of bathroom accessories was not there. houseboat food was very good. In houseboat Towels should be provided of white colour because brown Towers were provided to us which seems unhygienic.You should pay attention on yours drivers whom you are providing to yours customers. Plz give them guidelines that they have to drive not too fast,deep cuts should be avoided, no long phone calls while driving. One thing i want to say that we have to drop Jammu instead of katra so taxi operator demanded 1500/- extra for this. When i calculated extra distance then found that for only 50 kms extra they charged rs 1500/- which was little disappointing. Mr. Javed reception in Real good time homestay was very very memorable and nice.

            Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions.
