Thanks all for the wonderful trip we had with our family. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Goa! The restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) . We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Riva Beach Resort is one of the best resorts I'd stayed in my life. Though a bit far from the crowded city, but truly worth it. Spacious rooms, beautiful pathways, large grounds with lush green trees, ample space for leisure activities, swimming pool(apart from private beach within property), luxurious bars, fantabulous ambience, cooperative staff, all types of cuisines round the day, souvenir shops and lots more. Thanks a ton to Aman-our tour operator & Remy Robert-our travel/cab operator. Best memories of our trip were of our Resort. A fabulous place to spend time with friends & family. Amazing beach side resort with ample space for leisure activities.

I was looking out for some affordable packages of Goa for my parents and their friends. I contacted Travel triangle and they suggested me Trip string as my travel agent. Denis was taking care of my request. He clearly understood my requirements and suggested me very decent as well as affordable options. He took care of every minute detail that I was concern about. He is a person I could rely on while planning my future trips now. The property he suggested to me was exactly the same as in pictures. Food was exceptional and spread was really amazing! My parents enjoyed the north and south Goa tour that was arranged. Driver was really polite with my people. Pick up and drops were provided on requested and let me tell u everything was on time. Early checkin was also arranged on my request. Rooms were neat and clean with good amenities.My Parents and their friends really enjoyed the trip and all thanks to Denis and his team for the arrangements that were provided as per our requirements. A Big KUDOS to Mr Denis for constant follow ups and co-operation! He is an asset to your company, so I hope gets good appraisal because he deserves it. Right from food,stay, sightseeings and transfers everything was perfect and hasslefree

Need to give more options of stay...given hotel is pathetic food,repetitive food..Always food gone empty...rooms bed are not good quality, AC is full of dust not wanted to switch on.

Flights and hotels were managed quite well. Resort was quite clean and nice . Cab service was also good but only if you could increase the timings of the cab service. More better tourist options can be included. All in all it was a good trip. Thanks to Mr. Parth Pahwa from Goa Originals as well for organising the trip.

Resort was good Travel agent was able to response but lack in delivering the solutions and offers and not able to manage the communication between traveler else services of agent was quit good. Cab services were bit not upto the mark Resort and Dolphin Rid

It was not a coordinated tour. Nothing was communicated between Travel agency and their Travel partner, here are the reasons. 1. First day (Tuesday) was supposed to cover South Goa as per Trip plan and next day to North Goa so we could cover the Anjuna market on Wednesday, but we were there asked to cover North Goa first and due to this we covered the South Goa on Wednesday and missed the Wednesday Anjuna Market which is on North Goa. 2. Our Trip plan included both Doodhsagasr and Grand Island Trip other than North and South Goa and there were so many things that were included in both North/South Goa Trip or Doodhsagar/Grand Island. For example Dolphin Point, Spice Farm and Old Goa Churches were included in both trips and that not only wasted our time but money as well. If were told that they are going to cover this in Doodhsagar/Grand Island then we dont have to spend time and money separately during North /South Goa Trip. It was sheer wastage of time and money for us. 3. Due to their non-coordination we they covered only single beach during during South Goa, if rather covering same things twice, they could cover some beaches in South Goa could be better. 4. During Doodhsagar trip we were told that they are going to cover snacks as we left hotel early, but they provided something which was 3rd part of samosa and so little that people rather eating, thought to share with birds flying together with the boat. Thy were rather concentrating to share the beer, which not everyone was interested. 5. The only best thing in our trip was our driver (Ali) who was a good person and explained and showed things what best he could do, but it was worst part from Aeroplane Hospitality that they didnot communicate anything to their travel partners and everytime driver had to asked us wht we are going to cover today as they didnt communicate anything to him. 6. The hotel we stayed Lambana resort was good but their breakfast which was included was worst of all, their aloo parantha was without aloo and all days whatever was served was just tasteless and very limited choice. Everything in this hotel was way costly and we took our dinner always outside, but other services were good and we were provided a spacious room with extra bed. Hotel staff was good and helpful.

Though we had a first day bad experience with the hotel LaGulls on complaing the agent was kind enough to shift us to River palace hotel whiere we had a nice time. Thank u Bhanu was very helpful. Thank u

GOA trip was very pleasant & entertaining for us. Thanks to travel angle and aeroplane hospitality agent who played very important role in making good trip planning and providing good accommodation in bloom suits. Visit to sea beach, wax museum & spice forest plantation are worth mentioning and memorable too.

I faced huge issue with The Sign Inn hotel which I initially booked. Then got shifted to Candolim coast, stay was nice there . Out of 4 days which I travelled, only 1 driver had known English for communication. Rest don't even speak/understand English. So a tourist from South India travelling with such drivers is a huge problem. My travel agent Mohit was excellent and helpful and guiding me through out my trip.

We just had a Goa trip and it is well planned by Amar and Amit of Unique trip maker. We have enjoyed lot. The Trasporter fernandis and Munna bhai is of very good nature as driver as well as guide. The Kalki Resort and it's staff is very good.Overall nice arrangements and pleasant trip. We had a very good family trip.
