We planned our kerala trip from Jan 25 to 29, 2020 through Namaskaram Travels, I must say they are very professional in their services everything went very smooth without any hiccups right from the day we landed in Kochi to the day we returned. They have booked excellent hotels. Special thanks to Vineet for his incessant follow up. On any day, I would definitely recommend Namaskaram Travels.

Travel value is having a rude behavior after the payment done. They shows there support more to the hotel team rather than customer satisfaction. On the house boat service was pathetic and travel value shows support to the house boat owner. No one has to go with Travel Value services they have a cheap quality service and they cheat the customers.

Trip experience is awesome.. Need to focus on: 1. In thekdy hotel was good but room size was quite small for 2 Adult and 1 Child. 2. Driver should not be change in between trip. 1. Munnar tea garden and other sites visits. 2. Mr. Nahas (our driver) is very good in nature and also guide us during trip.

The worst experience in this tour was our stay in Bethal Varkis. It was very bad choice. I have no words to criticize this. Starting from very poor staff service (we were waiting for TV remote up to time we left this hotel despite of reminders… and finally we tired and let it go), very bad dinner food experience, this has very bad location (Being far away from Munnar swept away our all precious time. This consumed 2 hour in morning and 2 hour in evening every day. And from Munnar we need to come to Bethal Varkis before 7.00PM every day because of wild elephant zone in between). After check-out from this hotel, it took 8hr reaching Alleppey (including on way breakfast and big road jam) and this again spoiled our tour on next destination i.e. Houseboat (Because we checked-in in alleppey at 5:00PM and this was the closure time of boat riding, so we stayed onto a stagnant boat throughout night). In nut-shell, booking with this hotel ruined our all tour itinery and derailed all plans. So please please please never book with this hotel, Bethal Varkis. The good thing in our tour was Cab Driver. The way he did his job is really appreciable. Somehow he managed to make us feel good by extra compensatory sight seen and valuable guidance. Atlas Airport Hotel in Cochin was very good choice. Sightseen in Munnar were breathtaking and awesome. The staff at Houseboat in alleppey was very nice. Very delicious food and friendly captain needs appreciation.

Everything is outsourced, next person also outsources service to next and so on. So great communication gap exists. Otherwise people of Kerala are honest, but not friendly. When the driver refused to go for extra KMs as it was his duty as per promised by Aryan Travels that Driver and Vehicle shall be available for 24x7 and there shall be no extra KM charges, but he charged Rs. 1000/- for 22 KM and all the agents of travel agency refused to abide by their own wording which is in written. You can't do help yourself in an unknown place and agents are free to harrass u. Travel Triangle also didn't accepted any of my calls. What a surprise.

Kerala we had went to an family vacations along with two other family members. Entire trip are well organised and co ordinated well as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the package. Only draw back of the trip was arrangement of CAB and DRIVER behaviour. Driver has spoiled the entire trip reason behind is that a. Some of the travellers inside the CAR are against the AC but inspect of repeatedly saying he was using the AC for his conveniences. b. One of the lady was pregnant in the vehicle, we have informed multiple times to drive slowly but he never bothered to what we was saying he was driving rudely. c. Last thing is that driver had taken to places where he gets the commission, eventhough we had informed to take us as per the package but he had taken as per his own plan and interested in making money rather than guiding us. This was the worst part and lost our temper and he has spoiled entire day of last day.
