        Overall experience was good. At Pehalgam we stayed at The Villagio as the one was chosen by us it was the best hotel. The hotel at Srinagar was Golden Sands which lacked good breakfast, dont forget to carry Shower gel, tooth brush etc. and warm clothes as they only provide a soap and Shampoo pouch and heater only from 7 to 10 and few hours in morning otherwise u have to manage with blankets. The driver Nasir was good in nature, apart from few hicups all was great and accomodating reporting to his boss every small thing .. our Tour guide Ms. Rida was always supportive, guiding us and always atttentive to our cause, even on sunday and one day where she needed to intensively communicate with transporter. We are satisfied with the response time and the services. However she did nt fulfill her promise of complimentary honeymoon package (Just a cake though) may be due to christmas eve. I was a little bit sceptical at first but the way Miss Saba handled my entire trip is worth praising. She took care of minute details of our trip, from informing about the weather and the things needed for the trip. She made the last moment booking of Gondola Ride on behalf of us . It was a wonderful ride without it we would have missed the snowfall. Hotels are of requisite quality and standard. Complementary Cake of Houseboat is mouth watering. The driver Imran was experienced and a driver cum guide. At last I would like to thank , Travel Triangle and Tripgo Travels (Miss Saba) for making a memorable honeymoon for us. 1.         We had a disappointing experience during our trip to Kashmir in the first week of April. Though the agent helped us create an itinerary, they couldn't justify the price. However, the driver was well-mannered. We stayed for one night in Pahalgam, two nights in a hotel in Srinagar, and one night in a houseboat in Srinagar. The hotel stays were good, except for the houseboat. The food at the hotel was good, but at the houseboat, it was not up to the mark and was not sufficient. Moreover, the cost of the hotel and houseboat stay was very high. If you're planning to visit Kashmir, it's advisable to research activities and prices in advance. Locals may try to overcharge, so it's best to be aware of prices beforehand. You can skip Pahalgam if you're planning to visit Gulmarg and book a gondola ride in advance online. There isn't much to see in Pahalgam, so it's better to stay in Srinagar and explore local places and try their authentic cuisine. Wherever you go from Srinagar, you'll find snow. Therefore, choose your places wisely, as you'll see the same thing everywhere. It's essential to be careful since hotels are expensive, and locals may try to indulge you in different activities at high prices which aren't worth it. Although Breezy Travels helped us plan the trip better, I find Kashmir overrated compared to Himachal and Uttarakhand.

        Gurcoo residency and Woods resort were very good hotels to consider just that Ski hill resort which was in Gulmarg you have to take pony ride since it is at top of small hill. We enjoyed every bit of these hotels and cab driver was helpful in every aspect. I didn't like lakes crown houseboat which travel agent booked for me. No proper power backup, no heater was provided, extra charge for room heating and even buffet food was provided in a different location which was pathetic. I deducted only 1 star for this bad experience otherwise everything was very good

        It was a splendidly planned trip… most of the things we absolutely perfect. Hotel in srinagar (hotel grand kaisar) and gulmarg (hotel royal park) were very comfortable, warm enough to enjoy being indoors, management and staff was excellent and quick in resolving issues. The itinerary was very well planned, which allowed us to utilize the day time perfectly and return in time for rest and winding down. The driver became a friend in no time… helped us thru the entire tour with right suggestions at all times. The travel agent- breezy travels was also available to handle queries af all times, there were just a couple of goof-ups 1. The check-in times 12 noon was not mentioned to us before we reached kashmir, due to which the room was not ready when we reached hotel- but between travel agent and hotel staff they sorted things out and gave is a toom after waiting 30-40 mins. 2. The otherwise extremely beautiful and cozy houseboat was extremely cold and the room heater was only put on at night, which also stopped in early morning hrs around 4 am since diesel was over. The cold in the houseboat was stinging and unbearable. we had already mentioned to the travel agent that we have a small child with us and heating system is highly important for us, which was well taken care of in first two hotels but on out last night at houseboat somehow they missed out. Apart from this - Kashmir as rightly named heaven on earth, left us spell bound every minute of our stay and tour. We loved the trip and looking forward to ho back soon.         The choice of hotel in Srinagar and pahalgam was very bad. Wifi was not working in the room, the AC vent had pigeon making the room dirty. Even exhaust fan in the washroom was not working. Even after multiple complaints nothing was done. The houseboat was good. The cab and driver was nice. We got to see snowfall in Gandola, Gulmarg. Great views and nice people. The sightseeing was done mostly in horses so it was adventurous.
