The overall experience of our trip was awesome, the bookings and arrangements made by travel agents was properly lined up. Coming to our stay in kanika hotel ,overall hotel is good with good spacious rooms but the quality of food was worse, tye services of food was worse. Extremely unprofessional and the worst food I ever had. The housekeeping and hospitality was average. Coming to stay in cozy ethnic camp was average in nubra valley, the services was unprofessional and camp was not properly maintained. The food quality was good. The stay in native hut was satisfactory. The cab services was average ,Mr.tenzil lined up the transport and it was fine but the driver was extremely nonpunctual,never arrives on time and was unprofessional as he argues for his late arrival...so some of our spots in nubra we missed as we were supposed to leave at 8:30 am and he arrived at 10am...it was happening daily, we have to call him daily to awake him from sleep so that he arrives on time.in fact on day of drop to airport last day he didn't turned up on time. So it was our first experience with such unprofessional driver. Overall ladakh itself is so beautiful that it healed all our pain.

Hotels: 1. Singge Palace hotel was the best in terms of hospitality, food, rooms, location and everything else. 2. Lakrook hotel hospitality is not so great. Rooms are small, but very chilly. Food was also Ok. 3. Pangong residency was good. Very hospitable ppl. They tried to help us with all our requests. Food was ok. 4. Yarab Tso hotel is fine. Very limited options in food, but it was good. Sight seeing: Driver was ok. Professional but lack of complete communication led us to miss a few places. But he was courteous. Vehicle is also fine. Yugal has been constantly in touch with us through out the trip. He was quick to change our itinerary when we had to change it due to bad weather. Pleasure to have interacted with him. He was genuinely concerned about us when we were taking the trip via Khardungla which opened after 2 1/2 days (because of heavy snow) and we were the first tourists to pass through, that day. 5hank you Yugal for helping us make a beautiful memory. We know Lazyatra through Yugal only and have decided to take their services for our next trip.

Thanks to Trip Trail and specifically to Aman for being there at all times to guide us , motivate us , provide good service irrespective of the hour of the day . Our decision for the family trip was too last minute and yet Aman and trip trail matched the pace in giving right info to procuring the necessary permits to helping us with the iterinary. We surely had a memorable trip . However if I have to give some recommendations I will request any travel agent to give iterinary options to travellers instaed of a copy paste of a single iterinary. This will give a sense of participation and fulfilment to travellers . Example - Leh Palace and Santhi Stupa was never part of the itinerary but we ended up visiting them after we were in Leh . So if we had options to choose from we would have skipped one or more places from the itinerary and rather visited a place for the second time or a new one .
