The entire tour was very well organised and most important thing was punctuality which I liked the most. We had a great time in Mauritius and thank you Arun from Divine Journey for planning the trip. The hotel Constance Belle Mare Plage was excellent to stay at. The water activities at the hotel were also very interesting with the exception of the glass bottom boat. The north tour was mildly interesting and could have been made into a half day excursion. The Valley of Colours and Volcano crater was uninteresting to us who have seen many geographic formations. The experience may differ may differ from person to person. The activities at the Valley of Colours were fun but overpriced. The Ganga Talao was refreshing to visit. All the drivers were friendly and the transfers were clean and hygenic. It would have really nice if you had added the walk with the lions at Casela Park. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Mauritius.

Mauritius Not well organised. Everyday 3-4 hours were wasted only in travelling here and there. Local agent fixed their commission with local shops and misguided to shops over there only. Watersports activities are much better in GOA and expannsive as well if booked via local travel agent. Better to book your own. I was charged for photos for activities but I got blank DVD with no Photos.

I must say it was a great trip to Mauritius with all it's natural beauty and mesmerizing sea beach. Enjoyed the activities, water sports etc (though those are pretty costly). 1. Tour Operator & Hotel - Provided flight and hotel booking well within time. But initially they sent quotation for LAGOONA BEACH RESORT hotel (situated in Eastern coast of Mauritius). Later they changed the hotel and booked HOTEL MANISA (situated in West Coast). Location at West coast is also good. But Manisa hotel is not up to the mark in term of cleanliness and overall service. Provided very limited options of food in breakfast and dinner. Both were included in our package. Lagoona Beach hotel was providing one complementary lunch for us (as honeymoon couple), but Manisa didn't provide that. 2. Drivers/Local tour Operators at Mauritius - They were pretty good with punctuality & services. Helpful and well behaved. Overall experience is good. But it could have been better.

The trip was good but in terms of Customer Support , it was very bad. Had to follow up for everything. Once the package was booked there were no updates at all. 1. There was no reply by Deepanshu regarding the Multiple Mails I sent wrt Payment Updates. 2. No one bothered to give a call and explain about the Trip / Itenarary which every tour operator does before 2 days of the trip. 3. The flight which was booked from Mumbai to Chennai was Jet and it got cancelled. There is no update about the refund even though it is 3 weeks and I have stopped getting massages from the Travel Agent. Pls advise what is to be done b
