        Hotels were okay. But there’s no transparency. Agent didn’t tell that houseboats in allepey have different options. Cab was good, driver was good too. But again agent didn’t clearly tell a thing. First they said they’ll give the driver license and everything one day before, then they said need to ask driver directly. All of this should be clear beforehand. For hotels also, first they forgot to book kochi hotel, initially he said he has booked all the hotels. Although later he booked the room but all of this creates a confusion and hectic situation.

        The trip executed was very well and on schedule.Perhaps some other spots also could be covered by our driver.Anyways the hotels of Munnar and Thekkady was very good .Hotel of Alleppey was not that up to the mark.Travel Agent ant Cab driver and even our cab was good.Thanks for the trip!!

        Trip was awesome no doubt we've enjoyed it alot. Still wants to share some hotel trip experience -: 1-The first hotel wasn't satisfied (Dew Drops) at Munnar. As we want a hotel/resort with tea garden view/farm view but the hotel isn't that promising much. There is a damp smell in the room,food isn't that much good,water problem is there, even some of the staff aren't helpful too. 2- The second hotel ( Arcadia Regency)at Alleppey is quite good. As it is in the main city, food was okay but prices is little bit Higher,room is also good. 3- The cab driver which is provide by your end Mr.Abu,he is quite good, helpful and cooperative too,he didn't speak hindi but yes he do understand hindi. 4-The boat riding at Alleppey was Higher, we didn't expect that much. 5- We have done the Jeep Safari as well,that was not in the trIp still we did it. In total we ignored some things which was not expected and enjoyed our trip.

        Overall it was good experience. But they have provided house boat was too bad then commitment given at time of booking. I am very much disappointed with houseboat in allepy. I will never recommend to other with this Munnar and cheai beaches were nice. We liked most. But they should improve in allepy houseboat. Cherai beach stay was nice and memorable for us.
