          Our trip to North East India : Meghalaya was organized by Nikhita Chauhan of Reify. Really appreciate Nikhita's skills to arrange and follow up with all the stake holder during our trip including the accommodation as well as the driver. Our Driver Jitu was very cordial and on time all the 5 days. He was Kind enough to accompany us to tough spots which we would have found it hard to go. He gave us that extra comfort level. I certainly refer my friends to Reify and Travel Triangle. Over all it was an excellent experience

          Very well planned trip by travel agent. The cab driver is very polite and supportive. We really enjoyed the trip. The Rituraj Hotel at Guwahathi was very bad, unhygienic, smells very bad. Please avoid booking this hotel in future.

          The trip was very good on the whole. Everyone went out of their way to provide us with good food and service. The rooms were spacious and cozy in Woodland and 100 waterfall camp. Though Shaiti homestay was very small room, we really enjoyed their terrace, balcony view, hospitality and hosting. With respect to hospitality we did not like the hotel and service in Kalyaniz in Guwahati, especially the restaurant. Other than that it was all good. Driver Saheb was also very helpful and cooperative. Thanks for the whole trip, we had a good time. Big thank you to Aastha for constantly being in touch to ensure everything is going on well and for making this trip memorable for us. We did the double decker, blue lagoon and rainbow falls trek. It was in total 9 hrs, though it was exhausting we really enjoyed the experience and the views. In this dry weather it is highly recommended.

          Hi Team, Thanks for planning our trip and we are back with happy memories of North East in our Hearts. We had a great trip to Meghalaya planned excellently by Nikita and Mantasha from Reify. We were 2 females travelling and felt absolutely safe and happy throughout the trip. The people of North East are polite and the driver given to us was a gem. I think now i am comfortable to plan more trips to east india but only with Nikita

          So finally the long awaited trip ended. Initially I was not sure how will be the trip as first time I was talking my father for a trip. Ms. Parul was the first POC for this trip and she helped me in every step from customising it and clearing doubts. Then Ms. Nikitha was the POC during the trip and she was in touch constantly. Lastly Mr. Bhaben our driver ji. He managed the traffic so efficiently that we didn't loose much time in the traffic.           Coordination between agent and cab driver xan be improved. Due to lack of coordination, we had to pay twice for elephant safari. cab driver should he idea about the place where he is going to take us. For many of our questions he was like 'malum nahi'. We had no idea that trek to phe phe falls can take 2 hours for one side and where the falls are exactly, there was no one on the way with us and we with our 4 year kid was walking and walking without any idea that where the falls are. Overall, it was not a bad trip and it can be improved.

          Here is my feedback for my recently concluded northeast vacation from 09th May to 14th May. Travel agent - Nikitha Chauhan from Reify. Hotel - 4/5 (Cafe Cherapunji needs improvement. We stayed in executive suites. Rooms and bathrooms are very old and need many repairs. The windows despite being locked, were not able to block outside air completely). Cab - 4/5 (The driver was good natured and very talented in maneuvering the narrow roads. He knew all the tourist places and roads well. But he needs to limit his personal phone calls. Opening the driver side door to spit tobacco while driving is dangerous, he did this several times. Better if he doesn't chew tobacco.) Agent - 5/5 (Nikitha informed us about the extension of elephant safari in Kaziranga, which enabled us to finalize our trip at a short notice) General feedback 1. Recommend changing Day 3 itinerary. Covering Laitlum Canyon & Krang suri fall and travelling to Mawlynnong for night stay will be too difficult. Too much of a drive for one day. 2. Recommend adding Shnongpdeng, Garden of Caves in the itinerary. Can skip Krangsuri falls and Nartiang Monoliths.

Special mentions about stays "The Golf Retreat" - a 4* hotel breakfast was good and "100 waterfalls camp" - were i have experienced camp stay and a romantic camp fire.           Special mention: Aastha from Reify, and Mr Tanwir(driver, the person who drove us around) It was one of our best trips. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotels, car, sightseeing was well selected and properly coordinated. Thank you for the great planning for which we could just enjoy our trip rather than worrying about cars and hotels. The food at the hotels were extremely good, so was drive in the car. Tanwir, who drove us around, was very polite and friendly and even suggested a few nearby places which we loved!!
