        The overall experience was too good. The trip was enjoyable and we had a good time. But the only issue was that whenever we had to go somewhere the travel agents should have checked with and informed the respective authorities before time for instance we had to wait 1 hour at our phuket sea sun sand resort even after 2 pm for our check in. Had the travel agent checked with the hotel authorities well in time , we wont have faced this issue. Krabi resort was too good a place. The breakfaat they offered was awesome. The 4-island tour was the best

        I am really happy with the arrangement done. I would like to highlight that the agent should give alternative options of carriers. Since I was not happy with Air Asia and would have preferred Thai Air. Travel triangle need to work on the app for IOS, i was not able to see payment detail through the app. My agent helped me with all the details. Stay in bayview resort (Phi Phi Island) was beautiful. Would love to come back and stay for a longer duration.
