When we reached phuket airport, the flight was delayed by 8 and half hours. We were contacting the agent continuisly that our flight is delayed. But still after that long journey when we reached airport we came to know that the driver already left airport without picking us. We took a package to make the trip smooth.. but it became the opposite. And nobody was willing to help , not only sumuk international but travel triangle also. And we spent 2300 thb to reach hotel. This was the worst experience from an agency. We booked one more trip actually , 8 months before through travel triangle only. There also our flight got delayed, still the driver waited for us. That was a good trip.. thats why we booked travel triangle again. This time beginning only it became worst. We wont book through travel triangle again and won't suggest anyone to book

The overall trip was good, but they made a major mistake in the service voucher, they made a voucher for a day after my tickets were booked. That created a major confusion and I could have missed my flights because of that careless behaviour. Otherwise the services of the cab and hotels were good. And post trip they never contacted me about the mistake and how did I managed. Thank you.

It was a very pathetic trip. Was stuck in phuket multiple times due to lack of co ordination between different agents. Also whatever mention in the voucher is not provided to me. Also i am not getting proper response from the travel triangel as well as voucher agent multiple tines. I want my money back for the things which i didn't get as per the quote. Please help.

The trip planned by Ananta tours was very good, the pick-up and drops were on-time and very comfortable. The trip went as per iternary and it was spot on. Hotel provided in Krabi was awesome and the staff and service was great, the villas are great in the property. The Jiraporn hotel in phuket is okay it needs improvement on breakfast , room amenities.

Starting from getting the cabs on time to the check-in/check-out process at the hotel to islands tours, we had a seamless experience throughout. Special gratitude to the travel consultant - Mr. Bhawesh Baranawal who was constantly in touch with us before as well as throughout the trip ensuring no issues occur during the trip. Hotels could have been better. But, overall the experience was great.

Dear team, We completed our trip yesterday.the arrangements were super and we loved the experience with travel triangle. But,we request to stop allocating Noppharat resort to any further visitors.The place is completely isolated with less number of tenants with No room service.The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee heater,water heater and the AC took toooo long to cool. We had very bad experience when we were not allowed to cook Maggie in the kitchen. We were completely exhausted and had requested for warm water or if we can use the kitchen at 7pm.We were denied the same and so had to move out in search of dinner. Also, due to songkran festival se were caught in traffic and we couldn't check out at the stipulated time.The housekeeping cleaned our rooms,packed our luggage and placed it at reception.Also we were not allowed to check our room once to find if anything was left. We had bought 4 water bottles and kept it in fridge so we could carry the same,each costing 20TBH. the housekeeping disposed the bottles in dustbin and asked us to buy the same from them.We were soooooo frustrated by this unkind and arrogant behavior their.We did not deserve this treatment.We hated our stay and would request you to discontinue your service to retain your name and reputation. Rest,thanks for everything.looking forward for more trips
