Hotel provided in Krabi was awesome and the staff and service was great, the villas are great in the property. The Jiraporn hotel in phuket is okay it needs improvement on breakfast , room amenities.

Had a great trip with Travel Empire India Pvt Ltd. They had mostly arranged all the pick ups, transfers and trip to Phang Nah Bay Island/ James Bond Island and Phi Phi Island to local tour operators. The pick ups and the transfers were arranged smoothly by them.. except for one Thai Driver who worked for "Great Andaman" (the local tour operator responsible for our trip to Phang Nah Bay Island/James Bond Island) who transferred us to the pier was extremely rude, impatient and uncooperative with all the passengers in the car. The Indian counterparts were very helpful. Also for Phi Phi Island Tour we were told that snorkeling was included in the package but we were charged 400TB each for snorkeling once we reach the island. Overall the trip was great!!
