Only suggestion is to highlight the major attractions that are NOT covered in city tour so that people would know beforehand and if required can change/edit their itinerary.

Hotels were good the only disappointing part was the we were not able to reach out to the phi phi's Bay view hotel via phone. None of the numbers worked. Also, there was some miscommunication from agents to the hotel w.r.t the rooms. We had to wait a while drenched in the rain to get our rooms. All the agents were always available to help us out whenever we needed any help.
