On your arrival at the Delhi airport/railway station, you will be received by an agent’s representative who will escort you to ISBT Kashmere Gate. From there, you will board the volvo bus reserved for your travel to Shimla at 8 p.m. It is a journey of approximately 340 kilometers and it takes around 14 to 15 hours to reach Shimla.

The travel coordinator Shruti was really great in coordinating with the hotels. Manali heights was a great choice. Their service is the best. Shimla hotel was not upto the mark. While the hotel manager was a good person, they don't have a proper parking space and the room needs pest control. Bedsheets were promptly changed when we notified of the soiled sheets. Manali heights is a highly recommend hotel.

Me, my wife & our 2 kids (10 yr and 1.5 yr old) desperately needed this break as this was our most awaited vacation after 3 years (Covid 19 + Lockdown), and also my younger son's first trip. We were really happy and enjoyed our stay of 4 Nights & 5 Days in Shimla. I guess stars were in favour that our both son enjoyed this trip a lot specially my little one. Hotel Seven Hills: Location was bit far from Mall Road, but that was good as the road to hotel was all surrounded by deodar trees, no traffic noise & close to nature all inn middle of forest area. And that nice hill view from the balcony and roof top cafeteria was just mesmerising. Staff was friendly and supportive and Food was OK, can not say it was delicious but yes, they tried to make special dishes to match your taste. Cab: Annu driver, behaviour was good, mostly silent (do not speaks much), but was responsive when asked about anything. I guess Drivers are the best guide for tourists like us, they tells everything and stories about the local places, people and culture which we were missing a bit but it's OK. We were just enjoying the pleasant weather of Shimla and his songs selections all the way wherever we were taken for site seeing. Travel Agent: Dimple from Vacation Triangle, I posted/updated my query just a days before my travel to Shimla and she helped me with the booking. She gave me options for hotels to choose and even assured me that I can trust her for rest of my journey. I must say that she was really really helpful and provided her extensive support and she was very regular in taking feedbacks for every site covered in my itinerary. Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

We took a Shimla and Manali from Travel On Ease. At the time of booking, they provided some hotels, and 2-3 days before the tour they changed all the hotels which was a bit surprising. The Shimla hotel was good, with no complaints regarding food, rooms, and staff. Manali Hotel wasn't up to the mark. At night we checked in at the Manali Hotel (La Aero Resort) and we knew that there was no hot water. We requested many times to Kewal Kumar regarding hotel changes but he took it very casually. During the overall tour, there were no such calls from the Travel agent regarding the feedback and other things. I would say if you have another vendor option go with that vendor instead of Travel on Ease.
