                          I would like to take this opportunity to give feedback about the honeymoon trip i booked on behalf of my brother. I booked Shimla and Manali Honeymoon package for my brother and his wife through Travel Triangle(Travel & Time). Initially i was little concerned about this whole trip as it was first time i was booking it through Traveltriangle and especially Travel & Time( Travel company). However when i was approached by Mr. Amrit from Travel & Time, I was totally delighted to speak to him. He turned out to be extremely helpful & cooperative. He was right there from the booking time till the end of the tour. He patiently answered all my queries and helped me to plan entire trip starting from hotel selection, car driver and places to visit etc. It was him who ensured that this honeymoon trip goes as per the plan and i can see clearly see how diligently he managed and ensured this trip to be a memorable & pleasant event. My brother & sister in law came up with a very positive response about this whole journey, I must mention here about the Driver Balbir. He was not only driver but a guide too who navigated very carefully . He was kind and polite enough that i believe anyone would love to go along with him as far as this tour is concerned. In the end i would highly recommend Travel & time/ TravelTriangle for any newly married couples who are presently looking to book any honeymoon package and any other tour for that matter.                           Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

                          tour is well coordinated by the agent and agent has communicated with me regularly for any issues and clarifications and she is very approachable. only thing that made me unhappy is that they have wasted my day by giving a wrong distance to the driver for some place and driver denied me taking there and they give me some other place which is not even worst visiting. except for that day all the tour is very good and I enjoyed and I thank the agent for planning this well.

                          Hotel in Manali (Lotus Inn River View) is awesum but hotel in Shimla is not at all good. Overall services are good by Walk Holiday. Driver is unprofessional he didn't know the places where he have to make us visit. Memories are good but we don't get to visit much more places as it is mentioned in the broucher.

                          Vary good experience and excellent service from traval triangle and adbhut bharat.I will definately plan my future trip with the same agent.Apart from some unusual events like our car got a puncture in start but after that all was good. Visiting monkey point in kasuli and sunset point,Shimla Mall road,kufri.chail palace,mata Kali ka tippa Overall scenic view were excellent in Shimla,chail, and Kasauli.

                          Overall experience with travel on ease was very good. I would say trip was planned and executed as per our plan. Hotels - it was a mixed feedback. Some places we got an excellent service and in some places it was not up to the mark. Transport - we got an excellent service . Driver was very cooperative. Further to improve 1. Hotel accommodation in some places 2. We had to follow up daily with Travel agent for accommodation, it was not provided upfront and we had to call him to get the details of the accommodation in some places, which needs an improvement

                          I had a great experience in this trip of himachal. The cab driver daljit singh was very helpful, co-operative, very humble and good human being. He encouraged me in paragliding. Above all it was a wonderful trip. Hotels were good. In rohotang pass in manali, while horse riding in naldehera, while rafting in kullu and enjoying in khajjiar of dalhousie.

Ms. Pooja Prashar not only responded well to my queries but also ensured about comfortable stay at every hotel location. She used to take daily follow-up that made our stay outstanding. Hospitality at every place was at its best. At nowhere i found that any of the service can be better than what offered to me. It was great experience to stay at hotel Byke Nature Villa, outstanding hotel at excellent location. Hotel Manager and staff was very helpful and polite. Our cab Driver Mr. Ashok Thakur was also helpful and good in nature. His punctuality was the best part.                           Hotel at Manali was good but Hotel Grace at shimla was worst specialy their food was very bad. Due to heavy traffic jam could not enjoy properly.Driver was always threatning for the traffic jam and time taken thats why i have to miss many places like vashisth tample, Vanvihar, Naggar etc. followup taken by walk holiday was realiy appriciated. Solang velly was good.
