Language barrier with the drivers in bangkok, Closing time of different tourist spots not clearly communicated, so had missed madame Tussauds at Singapore, scheduled timings not followed and city tour delayed by almost 1 hour and so missed some tourist attractions

We planned for a 5 nights and 6 days trip to Singapore. We enquired with few travel agents and finally decided to book with Travel Triangle partnered with Sharing Travels as they gave us the best quote. Everything was taken care off once we stepped in Singapore. The hotel location was close to the city Center, we had an amazing stay. Everyday coach service pickup and drop at the hotel was very convenient. Day wise itinerary was well organised. I would definitely recommend Travel Triangle and Sharing Travels to all our friends. Thank you . Wings of time, gardens by the bay, marina bay Sands, universal studios were best!!

I had a Singapore trip planned from KKINGSMAN TRAVELS via travel triangle. Overall the experience was average. Mohit from KKINGSMAN TRAVELS is very cordial and he provides good info, as and when requested. Even in between the trip he provided adequate assistance. However there are few points which can be improved upon. Many of the attractions were planned during day time and these attractions are actually best when visited in the evening. Except for night safari all the transfers were SIC basis. They used to leave us in the morning or late afternoons and then pick us back after 7-8 hours. For the amount paid, i believe this should have been better. The hotel service was good. Overall it was an average experience which could have been better. The service of travel triangle was not at all good. Tried to contact Ms. Chetna sharma several times, but she never picks up the phone. Hence providing low rating.

We went to Singapore through abroad vacation our trip is fantastic little bit issue in hotel but that is taken care by vineet,, thanks for the team for this wonderful trip.

We went to Singapore & Malaysia. Hotel in Singapore was not that we expected, it was very small, was different to adjust in room with kid, even we couldn't sleep well for 3 days. When you are booking for 2A & 1C, make sure room is okay. I will not say to provide big room, atleast it should be well enough to adjust. Your travel agent also not good in speaking with customer when raised room concern, one of agent said, customer need to pay if need other room & she said she doesnt care about anything, this was really painfull specially when we were abroad. One more, TT executive is just keeping himself in whatapp group, he is helpless manager. Apart from this, everything was very good & awesome in trip like hotel in malaysia, travel partner at onsite, vehicle, timing etc. And I really thankfull to Mr Mohit, he coordinated well & assisted us in getting some return as a hotel adjustment charges of Singapore. I will still recommend TT for my friends. Malaysia hotel Onsite travel parter is good Vehicles are high end for city tour Places of Singapore like Universal studio, Sentosa are awesome Malaysia city tour, cable car, indoor games are also very good. We really enjoyed the trip.

Everything is good only little bit confusion while booking, not consider a kid in booking at Singapore but Agency resolved it almost 90%. Over all good experience.. Thanks Team.

Dear team travel Triangle as already given feedback that what is committed same I didn’t got from your agents. Booked with hotel but after your payments your agent told hotel is not available and another hotel i have to pay extra and while cancellations your demand cancellation charges disappointed in fact without any bookings how you can demand cancellation charges. Than i booked hotel by myself within my budget and than i found in activities some changes without my information. Thats it good luck. But i will be careful in future to get packages online.

Tour was good but we faced problems at some places. There was a timing issue as we were picked/dropped with a gap of 2-2 hours from the actual time. At MBS my child was enrolled as infant which was incorrect and I had to purchase ticket on the spot. I was charged 5000 extra for last day cab after finalyzing the package amount. Cruise experience was good.

It had been a memorable experience with House of Travellers. The quotation and the itenary were reasonable and practical. It made our vacation so beautiful and pleasant by giving us an opportunity and some time to explore Bali. The guide we got was an amazing person and was well aware of the timings of certain local dance shows and also helped us basis our request for the local store shopping for us to cherish these beautiful memories for long. Hi, Drivers were very professional and we enjoyed the ride. FIVE STAR OUT OF FIVE. For travel agency, we had to follow up alot in the starting first 2 days but thereafter, everything came on time. Travel agency needs to work on this part as timely advance intimation is must in service industry. THREE STAR OUT OF FIVE. HOTEL Boss- Have room with Balcony, you will enjoy the view. Location is also best as can cover max. area with least travel time. Yes, had to compromise with room comparing prices but that's ok

Prompt ticket vouchers issued . Though in Singapore they don't provide any guide( will be provided only for half day of city tour and that to he is more interested in taking tourist to his own friend's shop for local shopping ) and every time new shared shuttle/bus service ......its driver may or may not inform ( which is bare minimum ask of a tourist in case of no guide )you about your drop location as some time they have different drops in the same route . Operations team assumes that you will know your self which point first to visit and to where take drop first and will always challenge your common sense .Rather a planned itinerary WITH which points to cover first would be an better solution specially in the case of Marina Sand & Gardens Way ..... We had to walk like headless chicken in heat for almost 20 mins with Kid to reach at correct point because driver didn't bothered to ask for the drop at Marina Sand . 10/10 for booking related thing . Cabs & Shared Shuttle 7.5/10.... Coordination & Guidance - 5/10
