I faced issue one day where we were not clear where and how we have to go. Also, apart from the activities booked with you, you can also suggest things which can be covered personally.     The trip was overall delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. However, I would like to address a concern regarding transportation, which caused some discomfort. My itinerary was for five days. During the first three days, everything proceeded smoothly, even with the SIC (Seat-in-Coach) arrangement, as there were only about 8 to 10 participants. The pick-up process was efficient, and I experienced no discomfort. However, on the last two days, the SIC arrangement included approximately 50 people. This larger group led to delays, as some participants took considerable time to leave their hotels, resulting in a 1.5-hour delay. Consequently, we were unable to fully explore the planned activities for those days. To improve the experience, I would suggest limiting the SIC group size to around 10 people, rather than 50, to avoid such delays and enhance overall satisfaction.

    Singapore and Malaysia Trip Our recent trip to Singapore and Malaysia, organized through Sahring Travels, was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Initial Arrangements: We received several quotations and finalized the agency after much deliberation. However, after making the first payment, we were informed that an additional 5% GST had to be paid, which was unexpected and not communicated earlier. Flights: We booked our flights through agent only, but the outbound flight was postponed (domestic) leaving us with minimal time to board the international flight during the check in process prior to 48 hours. I faced an ordeal of connecting with Air India support for over 14 hours to resolve the issue, which I had to manage entirely by myself. Hotels: The hotel accommodation was average in Singapore and very good in Malaysia Singapore Experience: The trip to Singapore was well-coordinated, and I would like to appreciate Ridhi for her excellent support and coordination. However, during the city tour, the driver for Days 2 and 3 was quite authoritative and did not stop at key attractions like Chinatown and Mariamman Temple, as promised. Instead, he halted at a gift shop for over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary and a waste of time. This sentiment was echoed by other families who traveled with us. Malaysia Experience: Our road trip from Singapore to Malaysia was disappointing. The bus was uncomfortable, leading to body aches and fever upon arrival at KL Berjaya bus station. To make matters worse, we were stranded for nearly 90 minutes without a cab, and the agent at malaysia was unresponsive. We had to arrange transportation to the hotel at our own expense. Additionally, we were initially informed that KL Tower tickets were included in the itinerary. However, the agent later charged us around ₹7,000, claiming there was a fee change from December 1st. Upon verifying online and at the ticket desk, the ticket prices were significantly lower (₹1,718 for adults and ₹1,012 for children). This discrepancy was frustrating and felt like a lack of transparency. Meals: We were informed that meals were pre-booked on both flights. However, no meals were provided on the return flight from Kuala Lumpur, adding to the list of inconsistencies. Overall Experience: Singapore: 8/10 – Well-planned and enjoyable, except for the guide/driver issues during the city tour. Malaysia: 5/10 – Poor coordination, lack of transparency, and uncomfortable travel. Flights: 6/10 – Lack of support and unfulfilled promises regarding meals. While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.

    We went to Singapore & Malaysia. Hotel in Singapore was not that we expected, it was very small, was different to adjust in room with kid, even we couldn't sleep well for 3 days. When you are booking for 2A & 1C, make sure room is okay. I will not say to provide big room, atleast it should be well enough to adjust. Your travel agent also not good in speaking with customer when raised room concern, one of agent said, customer need to pay if need other room & she said she doesnt care about anything, this was really painfull specially when we were abroad. One more, TT executive is just keeping himself in whatapp group, he is helpless manager. Apart from this, everything was very good & awesome in trip like hotel in malaysia, travel partner at onsite, vehicle, timing etc. And I really thankfull to Mr Mohit, he coordinated well & assisted us in getting some return as a hotel adjustment charges of Singapore. I will still recommend TT for my friends. Malaysia hotel Onsite travel parter is good Vehicles are high end for city tour Places of Singapore like Universal studio, Sentosa are awesome Malaysia city tour, cable car, indoor games are also very good. We really enjoyed the trip.

    Overall, the trip was managed very well. Got updates on regular basis. The only issue was associated with hotel (Aqueen, lavender road), although the location was good but washroom/bathroom was very small and breakfast was pathetic.     My fourth trip with travel triangle and second international trip ... Inspite of having a good trip, need to put in few points that i have experienced with travel triangle and holiday episode... My requirements were clear from day one of the trip booking...as i was travelling with my parents, wife and a four year old son, i wanted this trip to be a smooth one...to make it very smooth i gave all the freedom to the agent to guide me regarding the trip and also book the flight tickets... It appears the holiday episode travel agency are highly immatured in terms of travel planning and coordinating... All the Singapore hotels check in is at 2pm,,,if you are reaching early its your headache.... I have been in contact with the agent and kept asking him to confirm our early check in...they could have booked our flight by noon on the previous day or the same day and would have guided us better.. Inspite of contacting the travel triangle agents they couldnt handle this and gave me the worst experience ever...the holiday episode guys have booked a room in Value hotel thompson at singapore with the hotel's review being very bad in trip advisor...i asked for a change of hotel and was accommodated at days wyndham singapore, that does not entertain early check in.. the agent kept arguing with me to get into value hotel thompson..if we needed early check in... Travel triangle agents couldnt do anything and were apologising for booking the flight tickets early because of which early check in couldnt be arranged...finally after paying 2,75,000 INR i had to pay rs.4000/- again for an early check for one room and no complimentary break fast was arranged and we didnt have an idea abt this.... The holiday episode guys have delayed and carried the confirmation vouchers till the nth moment giving us lot of stress... Singapore visa reached us just a day before travel inspite of paying them advance almost a month back...scheduled itinetary was not in place and had to keep asking them repeatedly for that...we received it on the day of travel... We were in the universal studios and didnt have entry tickets...had to ping them on whatsapp group, and then the tickets were sent... We reached Kuala Lumpur , Ibis style hotel and there we learn we need to pay 40 Malaysian ringetts for travel tax, that was not mentioned before...when i spike to the agent, he said we need to pay and that does not need to be told...40 ringetts is a small amount but still needs to be mentioned when travelling abroad ..something like hidden charges from the agent....after yelling at the agent that he was responsible for the entire accommodation, over an international call, the amount was later refunded after we reached india.. The trip would have been better without these hiccups...ibis style and days hotel by wyndham are all boutique hotels especially designed for tourists from abroad..food was ok... Water was not provided by the agent except in malaysia where 500ml of water was provided for a day per person...my earlier trips did so...i have no idea if that is done by other agencies.. Positives from the trip, we did enjoy n had a good family time Night safari, universal studios, jenting highlands
