Everything was great apart from Chilka Lake. Chilka lake is a big Scam. I repeat Chilka lake is a big Scam. Not worth it at all. Visit this lake if u have ample amount of time & money. We visited in the month of May, 2023 and they charged 3000/- after so much negotiation and guaranteed that u will definately see Dolphins & birds. But, in reality u will not see either of them. They will fool you after wasting your precious 4 hrs and when u will come back at the shore in the evening, nobody will be there in the office to complain because they knew that they have made false promises. Most interestingly, all the cab drivers are involved with them and will not reveal anything to any travellers. There were so many people like us who were complaining about the same. Besides, there is no fix charge. There is a group who paid just 350/- per head with the same package and when I requested them can I be a part of the group and will pay my share, the authorities simple refuse to be a part of the group. So, be aware of such scams and spend your valuable time at some other places. Also, on Chilka lake they will try to grab some money by showing fake pearls & stones. Be cautious & don't get trapped. Cab driver is very adamant taking you to the places of your choice. We just requested to take us to a temple in Puri and he refused stating that road is very narrow. Then we walked through that road and it was wide enough to drive the car and be parked. On the other hand the cab driver will take you to the Raghuraj painting village where roads are so so narrow where it is almost impossible to take the car. Not sure if they have any vested interest. So, just be aware, do your research and include the places at the time of finalising the package rather than requesting the driver on the day of visit. Apart from these things, trip was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you Travel Triangle & Ind d Voyage for this memorable trip. Overall trip was 5 days and first 3 days was really good . Both Satkosia and Bhubaneswar resort and hotel was awesome .Food in both these places was also very good .However things changed when we went to Puri . Naren palace hotel was pathetic and service was very poor . Food served in the restaurant was bad and few of the family members fell sick . Cab allotted was ertiga but triber was sent . It was compact as not comfortable . PR travels contact was helpful but there was communication gap between them and cab driver . most places we had to put google maps as driver was not aware of the destination . Bubhaneshwar city is very well improved and was clean . Temples here are really beautiful .

Hotel room was ok...first we got a room which is not yet cleaned properly and they changed the room. Coming to the travelling places they skip most of the places.

i like the fact that they handled my case very well. I had some issues with my flight details. they helped me to power through and how to get refund back from the airlines directly. i recommend it. will go to Dwarakeesh gujrat with them in jan month and will book them again. Highly recommend it

The travel agent was very good and very accommodating. Shibasis provided us very good guidance for the entire planing of the trip and was always available to help and provide guidance. The hotel in Puri - Pramod convention was good. However the New Marrion at Bhubaneswar was not upto the mark. Very mediocre rooms. The main negative of the trip was the cab driver who was absolutely non accomodatative and at times extremely rude. He was not able to guide us properly or give inputs. This led to us not able to cover all the places planned. Inspite of the detailed planning we had to rush through all the places because the cab driver was not ready to provide inputs and give right guidance..

Overall our trip was very good. Mr Shibashis from Inde D Voyage included all the places we wanted to visit and we had a near perfect itinerary for 5 days. The driver Mr. Videshi was very cooperative and had all the knowledge of the places we visited and we had a great time interacting with him. We were 2 female travellers only and we felt very safe through out the entire trip. The driver was able to adapt in the case of unseen circumstances and changed the order of the places to give us ample time to visit the places properly. Only one thing regarding Hotel Sapphire Plaza the day we reached, the room had smelly bedsheets and pillow covers but they did change it after complaining, so it was good service from the hotel management. The breakfast served at both the hotels was good. We will definitely visit Puri again with the same agency in future.

Hotels - Hotel Cozzet Victoria - Awesome Hotel ambience and Food, though room was slightly small. Hotel Durene - Hotel was okay ish. The Rooms are bigger and food was good. Cab & Driver - Our driver "Bideshi" is extremely polite and gentle person, He ensured time management and took us to all the spots comfortably and conveniently. The Cab was also well maintained and in very good condition. Travel agent - This guy "Shibashish" is very good planner and helps to customize the visit as per requirement and budget. Thanks to travel triangle for connecting us with P R Tours. We had a hazzle free trip to Odisha with PR Tours. Tha cab driver Mr. Sanathan Ojha was so polite and helpful. The cab of patra travels was good in condition. The hotel's provided were best in location and courtesy. But average in cleanliness. Overall it was very nice. We had a trailer experience of rain and wind of odisha while boating in chilika.

The travel agency and the coordinator was superb. The first cab driver was great but the second cab driver was not good, there was lot of argument with him for basic things. Finally this was sorted by travel agency coordinator. Overall good trip.

The Travel agent was very good, however the driver allocated was not upto the mark.while the driver was certainly helpful when our little one fell ill, I would still be hesitant to recommend him for many reasons. 1. The driver never helped us to plan the day instead was constantly pushing us to start early , he did not even understand the difficulty of travelling with 1 Kid, 1 Toddler and 1 Infant. 2. The driver skipped many of the places planned in the itinerary we missed the museum, chandrabhag beach , we had to cancel Gundicha temple and alarnath temple we could not enter Konark temple due to improper guidance & his ill planning. 3. He hesitated from actually taking us to many near by places which could have been covered. 4. He was least approachable, when we requested him to take us to place for buying a few stuff for our return he never obliged and we never got to bring back those delicacy or souvenirs. 5. He hardly had any information about any place or history. 6. The only positive was he referred a fairly decent panda in Jaganath Mandir, however the one in Lingaraj mandir was total exploitation, we actually sent the panda mid way and spent time on our own in Lingaraj temple. Hotels provided were good and the agent was approachable, but that does not justify as a traveler one would totally dependent on the guide cum driver as they are local and we expect them to be atleast approachable guide the travellers, else there is no need if we have to do things on our own. As a suggestion, it would be good if the agent could pre arrange the tickets and vouchers for destinations which would require them. There are many agents who do this, the trip manager usually makes it a point to hand over the vouchers before or a the destination.
