        The trip was well planned and each day was full of activites and sight seeing. It was wonderful to see the beauty of Srilanka and that too at a nominal charge with the best of the places to stay. The food served at breakfast and dinner was also superb. The driver who took us along from our pickup till drop was amazing and highly co-operative. It was one of the best trip. The room in Bentota which gave us a view of the ocean was the best room and holds beautiful memories.

        It was my first experience with Travel triangle. Trip was planned pretty well by Mr. Arshad , Choice of hotels were very good except Joe's resort in bentota. Joes resort hotel staff are very unprofessional and even after making complaint they dont respond. i had asked for candle light dinner with cake for birthday celebration and room decoration at Joes resort Bentota and the hotel literally ruined it , with no decoration, no cake and no candle light dinner . Even after giving them multiple reminder . The driver cum guide Mr. Rushdi was very polite and knowledgeable . Cab was also in good condition .

        The trip was good. But it was unfortunate, to have two holidays of Udani travels, in my 6 day tour. One on Sunday and other was full moon holiday. They see, but don’t reply whattsapp, nor take calls on holidays, on all 3 given numbers. Requested TT to get the reply. Thank you Sanad. Else hotels, driver everything was satisfactory.         We had a family trip arranged by tropical ceylon and it was wonderful . Our guide Titus was amazing throughout the journey , very knowledgable and extremely polite and knows what we like . Sanjay our driver was also very good and fun to be with , and another team member lakhma was also very helpful and extremely nice . We enjoyed every aspect of the trip from the hotels to the places we visited and also the food . Hotel Rivendel in Kandy is worth the money and service is extremely good , Taj bentota lived upto the high expectations and was amazing . Another big thanks to Titus , sanjay and lakhma for taking care of us every step of the way and making this trip memorable . And another thanks to chandima for helping us with the bookings .(one small hiccup was horton towers hotel which did not live upto the expected standards of service )

        The experience for some of the hotels was not good. I thought the agent Tropical Ceylon took us for granted in some of the hotels. The service of the hotels along with their locations was not up to the mark. In fact they didn't even seemed to belong to the category of 4 stars. I think u need to review the hotel category offered to us in yala and Bentota.

        Hotels were good but were very far from the promised locations. Like instead of Nuwarailiya and bentota, hotels were in another city. It was very disappointing. Like I expected to stay in the hill station for 1 night. But the hotel provided was down the hill. Also the hotel for the beach location was not in Bentota.

        We had an amazing Sri Lanka trip Thanks to Travel triangle. Dilini from steeple tours and Chetna from travel triangle ensured that the whole experience from booking to holidaying was extremely smooth. All Hotels and the cab service were as per our expectations. The package charge was quite reasonable when compared with others. I would highly recommend Travel triangle. Rhandoole resort, Joes Resort and Radisson were the best hotels. Nuwara Eliya is a heaven on earth due to the greenery and weather. Kandy is extremely beautiful. Madhu river boat safari should not be missed by any tourist. Clean and pristine beaches of Bentota are a must visit. Seethamma temple is another beauty. Shopping at House of fashion is excellent.

        Mostly paid places is covered and not the free sightseeing. And there was holiday on 13 th due to tamil new year and this day we went only one place in colombo and whole day there was no sightseeing since colombo was closed that day and this was not informed to us by travel agent before finalising the itinerary.otherwise we can change the dates of flight and tour..and on 1 st day arrival missed two main attraction places this was also not informed to us that this places closed soon by 5 .30 pm. disappointed abt the trip to Sri lanka ..will not book tour through travel traingo , this was my first trip from travel trango.i will book from mmt only as clear communication and well planned itinerary is provided in benefit of customer.

        Most of the hotels were good, except the last one. Welcome drink was not offered and food was also not good in the last hotel. Cab driver could have been smarter and could have avoided a fine levied by the police and paid by us. Shanil was reachable and approachable but unnecessarily lied here and there for a few small things. Srilanka is a nice place, and first 2-3 hotels were good.
