          The trip was well planned and each day was full of activites and sight seeing. It was wonderful to see the beauty of Srilanka and that too at a nominal charge with the best of the places to stay. The food served at breakfast and dinner was also superb. The driver who took us along from our pickup till drop was amazing and highly co-operative. It was one of the best trip. The room in Bentota which gave us a view of the ocean was the best room and holds beautiful memories.

          We visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota and Colombo! It was a wonderful trip and our only complaint was that we had only 5 days at our disposal! We would have liked to spend 2 days at each place! Kandy was cool, Nuwara Eliya cooler and the Hotels at Amaya Hills Resort in Kandy, Golden Ridge at Nuwara Eliya and Marino Beach Resort were just grand! Golden Ridge at Nuwara Eliya where we stayed in a Cabana was outstanding! However the Coco Royal Resort at Kalutara was rather disappointing, a standard room on lobby level at the back and no wifi except at the lobby and pool! Wonderful sightseeing, very helpful and courteous driver, Tamim and all in all a most enjoyable trip! The views from the rooms at Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Colombo were great and food at all 3 places was very good! Friendly people and a nice country to visit for a relaxing holiday!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Raj and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start! The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible (appreciate this!) and for that he deserves a special thanks. He had showed us the best of Srilanka and provided the best experiences which we will cherish in our whole life. 
Special thanks to Ayesha and Kashish for such a wonderful trip planning in our budget. Both are very helpful and easily reachable. Ayesha planned a surprised candlelight dinner for us, which was awesome.

          It was my first experience with Travel triangle. Trip was planned pretty well by Mr. Arshad , Choice of hotels were very good except Joe's resort in bentota. Joes resort hotel staff are very unprofessional and even after making complaint they dont respond. i had asked for candle light dinner with cake for birthday celebration and room decoration at Joes resort Bentota and the hotel literally ruined it , with no decoration, no cake and no candle light dinner . Even after giving them multiple reminder . The driver cum guide Mr. Rushdi was very polite and knowledgeable . Cab was also in good condition .

          The trip was good. But it was unfortunate, to have two holidays of Udani travels, in my 6 day tour. One on Sunday and other was full moon holiday. They see, but don’t reply whattsapp, nor take calls on holidays, on all 3 given numbers. Requested TT to get the reply. Thank you Sanad. Else hotels, driver everything was satisfactory.           Hotels were good but were very far from the promised locations. Like instead of Nuwarailiya and bentota, hotels were in another city. It was very disappointing. Like I expected to stay in the hill station for 1 night. But the hotel provided was down the hill. Also the hotel for the beach location was not in Bentota.

          Had a pleasant experience. The Travco adventures was very good. They even changed the car/driver when we had issues. Ferrnando from Travco was very helpful TT; We didnt get much support from Travel triangle. There is no option to directly call the travel triangle relationship person assigned to your trip.

          Hotels Feedback : 1)Mirrisa Regent was a Oyo room ,it was not a proper 3* property, First of all they didn't have our booking information, Welcome drink was not server, No power most of the time and they didn't have power backup also.In-fact a water bottle was provided even after asking. breakfast was horrible ( 2 slice of bread and butter with 1 banana and 1 yogurt) Complete Money waste and spoiler of the trip, Please don't book this hotel for any guest and try to refund the money for the same to US. 2)Welcome drink was not provided at Ceylon city hotel also. Other Hotels were good specially 'Ella flower garden resort'(Best Hotel in the whole trip) Car Service : Superb Driver : He(Nisam) is not good enough because of him we ended up paying more money every where(initial 2-3 days). He took us to the places where he has tie up with people over there, We realized it on the third day when we confirmed the price of Tuk-tuk with other people and we got to know that we payed 3 times the amount of what other people paid over there and his reaction for the voice we raised was very bad.He stopped the car in middle and said call the 'Direct Link' people and get another driver. Second driver : Izme : he was good and decent. Travel Triangle : Initially when we were esquiring that time the response was good enough but after we paid the first installment then the response has been changed.We need to do multiple follow-up to get the information. Final itinerary also we got the last moment after multiple follow-ups. No suggestion provided by travel agent about the places to visit and stay such as he could have guided us to stay and spend more time in Bentota instead of Galle. Infact Visa information was provided after asking. The complete itinerary was planned by us. Over all experience was average with Travel Triangle.

          Travel Triangle gave us one of the best trip memories. The cab & driver facilities were excellent. Although, on the first day, Sandriana Lake view Hotel was not up to 3 start expectations, but Apple Holidays in collaboration with Travel Triangle took the feedback and made sure to give the best rooms for the rest of the days.           - Driver was not giving daily quota of water bottles regularly. One day even after reminding also, he did not give any water bottle. - Driver was supposed to take the guests to Gangaram temple in Colombo but they were not taken there, even after reminding. - river was mostly interested in taking the guests to those places where entry fee was exorbitantly high and was not worth visiting. - Driver did not give the SIM card on the first day after arrival. Upon reminding, he gave a SIM card which did not have any charge. People in India were not able to contact the guests as SIM card was not recharged and activated. Finally, I had to recharge the SIM card from India online and then only calls can be made. - Though breakfast was complimentary, guests were served different breakfast at Hotel Heaven Seven in Nuwara Eliya on 9th October. Hotel gave only idli and vada to the guests which is very unfortunate. So, overall, I would give 2.5 out of 5 in the rating.

          Connecting via travel triangle is good. Good Support provided from Travel Triangle. But the agent is not up to the mark. He didn't even bother to check with us on the trip even on a single day. One full day was wasted for travelling from NuwaraEliya to Bentota and we did nothing except sitting in the car.
