          It was really a great experience for my parents. Abhash(travel agent) was very supportive during there whole journey, not only Abhash but there driver , staff of hotel which he provided and houseboat staff all people are supportive . considering there age driver take every precaution .There Munnar hotel was the best in all he provided best of best, hotels view, scenery and Location was great & Houseboat experience was awesome too,the arrangement are done properly according to customer needs.           I required 4 hotels among them 2 was of my choice which were just awesome (4&5 star hotels) and the rest 2 which I asked the travel agent to book. In the itenary it was mentioned that it’s 3&4 star However they had no standards... houseboat was provided where wooden particles were falling from roof, Room had cockroaches, two different beds with sepratable mattress were provided and it automatically creates a gap, which means 2 people cannot sleep together on bed. Many more issues faced...

          Good trip but there are few concerns also such as no proper guiding for places to visit at right time. Driver has no proper idea of places.           Overall the trip experience was good the places we stayed and the cab we got was good the travel agents co ordinated well but problems we faced was like 1) pick up done on first day at right time but after pick up we did not get correct place to fresh up 2) and last was waste day I felt generally if we plan for 4N /5D the fifth day should also have sight seeing but in our case we where dropped to some mall at 12 PM and our bus was at 9 PM we just passed our time for so long and was very irritated

          Total Trip was a Great except boat house in Aleppy as we faced lag in hygiene and cleanliness. About hotels camellia and elettera at Munnar n Elephant route hotel at thekkady was awesome in overall except food(3*) and about Cab driver Mahi , this fellow is a fantabulous fellow n can trust him .. The Boat house LPC lags in hygiene n the beds, bedsheets n blankets were totally unhygienic n faced itching problem . While booking make sure that not to book the LPC Lake park cruise boat house. About Duniyazamana , these people are providing a great service. Stay at Hotel Camellia and elettera was awesome.
