        Trip was organised really well. The agent was available over whatsapp whenever needed and provided good support. The hotels and cabs were as per expectation. But the local city tour could have been better, the guide did not have a good attitude and neither the food served was good. The halong bay trip was fantastic. The food was delicious and well served. Flamingo cruises are good but the rooms are not that spacious, so I will suggest other cruises. The biggest surprise was when we were upgraded to a Panorama suite at our hotel with a huge room!
