Overall experience was good. We felt lost the first day due to poor communication from agents and we had to followup on few things ourself. You guys need to take ownership rather than putting it back on travel agent. You should work behind the scenes and update us. Otherwise there is no point in booking through your company if i have to do all followup myself. These are just few points where i thought you guys should work on. The driver and the guide after 1st Day were too good and hotels were of great quality.

I have previously travelled to thailand with my wife using travel triangle app. You guys are well organised and make stay comfortable during holidays. So is my bhutan trip , so i will give 5/5 star to travel triangle for this. Mostly will contact you later this year for Europe package. Bhutan was a nature's gift to humans. Paro was the most beautiful city. it has peace, Beauty, adventure trek, culture etc . Our hotel sinchulla resort in paro was too good. Himavat travels made our trip heckless and stay pleasant. They were just one call away. All the things were well organised. Our driver Mr Binod chetri was a humble soul. He guided us during the whole trip and made us comfortable. Miss Prema and Pinki of himawat were very helpful. Only bad memory to my trip is hotel Om Tara of Thimpu whose services were poor and they were rude to us. Food was not at all good and they didnt even clean the room. Towels were not even changed on futher request. So for that i have to give days of thimpu zero stars. otherwise our trip was good.

Overall experience of Bhutan as a place was awesome. Just a bit of spoiler from driver and agent. They used to get angry over whatever we say, driver was not even turning on the AC when at time it was too hot. He was very rude.

Yanki resort was pathetic. Hotel has the most money minded manager. He is openly looting innocent tourists. Incident 1: We were back from tiger nest after a long day, I had caught cold and fever. We ordered a slice of bread. They served stale bread and charged us 100 INR. Incident 2: My friend’s room didn’t have the geyser working. After a long argument manager agreed to give my friend a different room to take bath. Remember Paro is very cold during October. Incident 3: They serve breakfast from 7-9am. We went down for a cup of coffee at 6:45am and he charged us 75/- for a cup of coffee. I know this wasn’t my mistake but he should have atleast told us that it costs. I didn’t expect they will charge me for such a whisker gap. All in all I suggest people to STRONGLY REFRAIN from going to this hotel.

Way about Bhutan expertly managed our tour to make it a wonderful experience for us. Mr. Gyam planned our tour extremely well, gave me tips and answered my questions clearly. Everytime . Mr. Tandin , who stayed with us through out the trip was extremely soft spoken and patient with us. He helped us understand Bhutan as an insider and also pushed me to complete the Tiger's Nest Hike when I earlier planned not to do it. He took us to local places to eat amazing Bhutanese food and gave us knowledge on Buddhism . Way about Bhutan is one stop destination for all things in Bhutan . Please give them a chance and help them grow even bigger. Ema Datsi at local Places Guide to Buddhism Tiger's Nest Trek
