      Ritwik helped a lot in personalizing the trip according to our need. Hotels were good the only disappointing part was the we were not able to reach out to the phi phi's Bay view hotel via phone. None of the numbers worked. Also, there was some miscommunication from agents to the hotel w.r.t the rooms. We had to wait a while drenched in the rain to get our rooms. All the agents were always available to help us out whenever we needed any help.

Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!!       I had booked Bamboo Hat Tour from Travel Triangle for Vietnam and Cambodia. My experience was excellent during visit of both the countries. HaLong Bey experience was awesome and tour was well organized. Hotel stay at Tu Linh Palace was good though breakfast option was not so much and on demand, but rest all amenities was good. Tour guide was friendly and have good knowledge of history, well behaved etc. People of both the places were so good , simple and peace loving. Hotel stay in Mother Home Inn Cambodia was excellent. Lot's of breakfast options available in hotel. Lot's of good street food and restaurants available nearby . Day tour to Angkor Watt was very well organized and tour guide was well knowledgeable and supporting. He helped in clicking lot's of pic of us during the photography . Overall experience with Bamboo Hat is excellent and great thanks to Sophie for organizing the itinerary so brilliantly. I can say this because i had planned for very short duration for both the places and had no scope of any slippage in plan. But Sophie has organized this very accurately and made my plan as success. Thanks Sophie and Bamboo Hat !!!

      Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
