Planned trip to turkey with offbeat trippers/white rabbit with group of 14. First the quote submitted was so reasonable. The entire trip was well planned and handled so professionally. I travelled with my mother who is 78 and gets tired easily. It was at Abhishek from Offbeat Trippers/white rabbit suggestion that I carried a wheel chair and it was extremely helpful. The pickup drop were on time, hotels were well located, clean and with good services. Beyond this, Abhishek kept in touch with us throughout the trip. Minor issues were resolved immediately. He nsured an absolutely fabulous holiday for us. He really understood what we wanted, and delivered everything perfectly.Would definitely recommend his services, and looking forward to booking future travels through him in the future.

Vishant's 7 days trip to Turkey

Overall our trip went well. There are certain issues that I would like to highlight during the trip. 1. Deepak's team/ collab at Turkey was not proactive at all. The guy who was managing from there, named Mohit was very casual and would respond in the whatsapp group whenever we asked him for next day schedule. That promptness was missing. 2. I had opted to take end to end package with all transfers. On the last day when we left Capadoccia and were proceeding for Istanbul for our next day flight back to Manchester, Deepak, simply said that their services ended in Capadoccia and you would have to book you own cabs for and from Airport Hotel in Istanbul. Hence as was mentioned in our itinerary, 2 cabs were not provided. Upon discussion with Deepak, he first started explaining about that this was discussed and then he admitted his mistake and asked me to book own cab and he will send me a refund, which he eventually did, a sum of INR 2200. But the reason he gave me was that if he would have given me the cab from his side, that would have costed him for 60-70 km as would been sent from city to airport and same way back. Whatever was it, he should have clearly told us before we were booking the package, instead of last minute surprise & that too not by himself, upon asking in the group, which is clearly not acceptable.

Excellent service. Thank you for organising such a great tour for the 6 of us, Sorry Abhishek for my delayed reply. It has been quite busy since arriving in Turkey! Once again, thank-you for organising such a great tour for the 6 of us. Below I have summarised, in my opinion, all the topics that you mentioned and have made a couple of suggestions. Tour Itinerary – was just the right amount of time at each location – wouldn’t change anything personally! Guides – We were very happy with our tour guides, Rizi, Mansuri, Muzaffar, Mehmad and Cem. They were all very polite, knowledgeable, punctual and helped us out where-ever possible i.e. with luggage, hotel check-ins, airport check-ins, as well as giving us some great recommendations for evening meals. Please forward our thanks to them! Hotels – I had no complaints with any of the hotels that you had booked for us, they were all of a good standard for 3-4 star properties. Specially Hotel Ramada was superb, Daily hotel room in all places was fine for what we needed. Transport – The cars were all good. I felt very confident with the drivers and never felt unsafe. Meals – all included meals were good Overall, we were all extremely happy with the tour and the standard of everything included, as well as the price. It was excellent value for money and I personally would definitely recommend you to others who are looking at organising a holiday. Thank you so much for all your hard work! Best Wishes From my entire family.
