Hotel at Port Blair was quite far off from main city. No Internet network in the hotel. Wifi was interrupted frequently due to power failure. Rest of the tour was good

This message is for travel trangel -Atleast have a courtesy to respond the user query or email. I have called multiple times and emailed for some queries to the Manish Singh but no response. What is the use of this platform if we won't get any response.

The below issue that I had 1) booking of trip - important to improve 2) response issue while booking trip and to get booking confirmation - important to improve 3) rooms was not ready with honeymoon type just as a plain and simple rooms provided. 4) Worst candlelight dinner ever we had. What we liked 1) class rooms of resort that we booked 2) Assistance of cabs services accross our travels - This was managed so properly and shoutout to all the drivers and travel planner even last moment changes also handled beautifully that we didn't even realise any smaller Hassle. 3) 24 hours travel assistance though out trip. 4) Received a great medical assistance on trip. 4) all the people / travel spoc person interacted with us. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful trip. Scooba diving in Neil island.

It was amazing! ! No complaints! Starting from hospitality to stay , from weather to all places, the underwater world, that we visited, it was mesmerizing experience . Kudos to our coordinator Mr Vishal, all our drivers and guides that made it absolute unforgettable experience!! Lot many Thanks to andamon ecstacy and travel triangle!! Boat ride to elephanta!! Rains in the ocean! Thrill, adventure, fear, fun,!! What not to say!!!

We had the best stay experience in Coral Reef Resort in Havelock which we liked the most(5 Start Rating for that). Aquays Resort in Neil Island was pathetic in terms of services and food quality, other hotels in Port Blair were below average.

Overall good experience.... Just, last hotel "Kalki" was not upto the mark....no coordination among staff...we paid for buffet for dinner and breakfast but didnt get.... It was overall a memorable trip...

While searching for destination for my honeymoon vacation I landed on this package of andaman and nicobar. I was earlier not sure if we want to go andaman and nicobar for our honeymoon but after discussing itinerary over phone call from Mr. gaurav lall from wanderfull holidays andaman , me and my wife got convinced that we should go to andaman and nicobar for our honeymoon. We got the detail itinerary over mail and from the moment we landed in andaman and nicobar to the last day of our trip everything was perfect. Our trip was well planned and we had some of the best time of our lived in andaman and nicobar. On this sightseeing tour we saw lot of beautiful places . We didn't even realize how these 5 days passed so fast.andaman and nicobar will be always special for me and love to visit it again.

There were little issues but were resolved timely by Mr.Arjun. So we had a good trip. As per our call I am listing out all the inconveniences that we have faced and are facing as of our 4th day today: 1. Light and sound show has been closed since a few months (appx 3) and we were not informed about that. It costs Rs.300 per person which we paid as part of our trip. Literally this is supposed to be the highlight of our first day trip at Port Blair 2. Havelock- Symphony Palms Beach resort We were told that we would be getting all 4 star hotels, but this hotel was a 3-star. Also, We were told that we would be getting sea facing rooms. However we were given a room in Casa Grande which is not sea facing and is also on the other side of the road. Even if the welcome mail had mentioned casa grande on the itinerary, how would we know that casa grande is not sea facing without visiting the hotel? On an important note, Even after all the bookings we were told that we did get sea facing rooms only by Mr. Arjun, which is an other very clear lie. The room also was not that tidy and we found a rat roaming on the floor. We did complain to the room service people and was not resolved. 3. We were promised some complimentary services like - scuba diving to a shallow level, photography at Neil island, cake. This message was deleted from our WhatsApp chat by Mr.Arjun after the payment. This is very unprofessional by Travel Triangle. When we questioned about these complimentary services on call and why he deleted the messages, Mr.Arjun told us, since it was not possible due to some invalid reason, he deleted the message without even informing us. 4. Services- Whenever we called Mr. Arjun (during working hours only) he never used to lift the call and kept on stalling us with some reason and also rudely cut our calls in the middle of our conversations. 5. Neil island - Silver sands beach resort - This hotel doesn’t have any sea facing rooms at all. Again, a clear lie by Mr. Arjun that we would be getting all sea facing resorts. 5. Mr. Arjun informed that Kala Pathar beach was included in Havelock, however the itinerary did not show that. I did question him about updating the itinerary. However, he said it would be included. When we reached havelock and checked with our guide, he said this was not included in our itinerary. 6. Similarly we requested for Chidiya Tapu also to be included in our itinerary for Port Blair. But this has not included in our itinerary even now. We have been facing some issues and problems every day since our arrival to Andaman. This was supposed to be a stress free trip for us but this is proving to be a very stressful and problematic trip beacuse of many unfulfilled promises and unprofessional acts. 7. We had no cab on the last day to airport. We called our guide Irshad, we called the cab driver but no answers and we called our travel agent and his phone was switched off. We almost missed our flight to Chennai because we had to walk till the airport with all our luggage as the airport was nearer. We waited for the cab driver and the guide if only they would have informed us that they aren’t coming to pick us up we would have started earlier and the Airlines people wouldn’t have been announcing our names in the final call. All thanks to travel triangle and our guide Irshad.

The hotel Pearl Park which was in Neil Island was not good.They even not take our food order just buffet only which was too bad. Havelock was great and Neil Island

It was a smooth travel booking experience for my family's Andaman trip. There were some problems caused during the trip but the agency helped us well with the same. The hotels were beautiful and Andaman is definitely worth a trip! Although while finalizing the bookings I will suggest to check the hotels n itinerary thoroughly before confirming, and keep a follow up for the cruise tickets for no end time surprises.

Our Andaman trip was perfectly planned and executed by Raji and Anil. They have taken good care of everything and trip went smooth and safe.Had a wonderful experience during the Andaman trip. I highly recommend Andaman sai Holidays.

I travelled to Port Blair, Saheed Dweep and Swaraj Dweep for 6 days, and not once was I given a chance to wait or worry or find a fault or complain about any service. The travel partners give so much care during your vacation that it felt like I have a local gaurdian on the island. You are recognised by your travel agency at most places and it becomes essential that you choose a good one. The quotation price was also very competitive. I stayed in Sea Shell Resorts which are one of the best ones in Andaman. I was a little worried while traveling to such a remote chain of islands but the people of Andaman and the natural beauty of the islands make it a truly relaxing vacation. Government of India has worked hard on Digitally connecting these islands with 5G/4G services and you never feel like you are disconnected from the rest of the world. The services are very good. Everyone taxi driver, agent are very considerable and all things have been done as per our convenience. One thing which is not as per my expectation was ferry seat as i wanted window seat. Apart from this, everything is very good. Photoshoot and candlelight dinner
