Hello.The overall trip was good.The driver who has been assigned to us for Days 1,2,4,5,6 was too coperative and friendly but i was completely disappointed with the driver who has been assigned for Day 3 Nusa Penida Island trip he was in too hurry and was not interested to even click pics for us.Also we were quiet disappointed with the private pool villa i, e Bhumi linggah i had a huge expectation by seeing the pics and reviews but the villa provided to us was not satisfactory the bathroom was smelling alot..I have informed you priorly many times that i need a better one to be provided but i couldnt get the better one for stay..

The entire trip was perfectly curated. Reenal and Raunak were really helpful. Moreover, one of our drivers in Ubud (Darma) was the most helpful person who was more of a guide than a chauffeur. Gusti who arranged the logistics in Bali was also quite helpful.

We had a lovely time in Bali. The villa which we booked for the last two days was great. For the first three days we wanted a different hotel but the agent couldn't make it. I would suggest confirming with the client before booking the hotel in case the preferred hotel is not available. We were also told that we would go for a place at sunset but that did not happen. Should have informed in the quote if it was not feasible in the first place.

It was our first foreign trip and we had a wonderfull experience, we have visited so many beautiful places. hotels and resorts for our stay was very nice. Also our driver cum guide Mr kadek and Mr Harsha was very nice person and very helpful and we loved there company. Overall Flexi feria has made our 5 day trip sucessful. nice trip.

I was looking up for bali tour and tour hunters gave us the best deal, with good price. The driver was cordial and had good knowledge about the place, the stay was comfortable, and a special thanks to Muskan Goel for all the information also because I am a pure veg and list of restaurants shared by muskan helped and I was able to eat indian food without onion and garlic in bali. nice trip.

It was a great fun visiting bali, special thanks to pooja who assisted in doing all the bookings and thanks to amita as well who was the actual person from india who supported at ground level while we were in bali. Very special thanks to NURADA who was our chauffeur, he made sure that all the spots were covered and took care of ourselves like his relatives. The entire Bali experience was utterly enchanting. The highlight of it all was our meticulous planning through Travel Triangle, which allowed us to connect with the best agents. One such exceptional agency was Travelope, led by Ronak and his team, including Sonali, our driver Darma, and Gusti. I must extend my heartfelt appreciation to them, as they ensured that our trip went seamlessly. Their kindness and attentiveness towards their clients were remarkable. Being our first international trip, my wife and I had a fantastic time, thanks to their invaluable assistance and guidance. Special mention goes to Darma, not only a driver but also a skilled photographer, capturing the beauty of Bali. Everything was good, but the drivers there tiw up with few people and demand high prices just because we are outsiders. This tie up and snatching more money should stop. However, one driver "Dedi" was really good and honest

The trip arrangements were very organized and nice. The hotel in Kuta could be better as there was no provision to keep suitcases and little congested. But over all the tour was very good. Thank you All the days were very memorable, but I loved the private villa arranged in Ubud and romantic dinner near the beach.

In short, the Overall trip experience was good. But could have been far better. The below details are for the people who are planning with ALS destinations through Travel triangle. 1. Initially plan was charted by Pooja Jha and the plan was well made and all the details on the plan was well explained and package prices provided to us were competitive. 2. We had a small setback upon advance payment as one of the hotel was changed due to non-availability. Despite this the hotels provided by them was good and there was no compromises made. 3. For first time travellers (like us), you may have to keep calling them for all the doubts, as they may not take initiative to explain do,s and don'ts after booking. 4. For budgeting, be aware about the complete plan as this would include only transfers and not the entrance fee. 5. Driver provided to us (Ashoka ) was extremely supportive and patient. He helped us to cover most of the places. Special thanks to him. 6. Highlight of this trip is Nusa Lambongan which was not included in any other itinerary and the crowd is far lesser compared to Nusa Penida. Moreover, the beach is beautiful and very clean. 7. Major setback is execution - the execution from ALS was changed for the reasons unknown and our plan was completely shuffled. ( For instance during north Bali sightseeing the stay was changed to South Bali and vice versa). Due to these changes, we had to spend huge amount of time in traffic and journeys were tiresome as we were reaching hotel very late and had to start early morning. Also, we had to miss few breakfasts as we had to catch time. 5. Co-ordination from ALS is below average as sales team - execution team and the team in Bali lacks co-ordination as you may have to keep following with everyone in case of any troubles. Overall I would rate this trip as 3 and 1 star to the driver Ashoka who was very helpful during our entire trip.
