Overall the trip was good, but some small issues were there like - 1.The hotel at Thimpu, Lemon tree resort make us wait for 1 hour to complete checkin process and didn’t able to provide us the wifi access , which was frustrating. 2.The hotel at Paro tshongdu boutique, had smelly washroom. 3.And most importantly, travel triangle charges convenience fee of 300 per person and all the payment modes have extra charges except for the NEFT. This was our first family trip to Bhutan and we had a wonderful time there. Our trip was organised by Green Zone destination. From the onset l, Sharmila was prompt and responsive. She was able to understand our requirements and created a custom itinerary for us. Our assigned driver and guide were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They shared with us the history of Bhutan, it's rich cultural heritage and religious significance. Our itinerary was 5 nights long which covered Thimphu, Punakha, Paro returning via Phutenshilong. During our visit, the weather was on our side and we visited all major attractions. We particularly liked the Punakha Dzong, Suspension Bridge, Tiger's nest and Paro cultural museum. The hike to Tiger's nest was the highlight of our trip. All our accomodations were comfortable and the rooms had picturesque views. My wife and I were also celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Green Zone destination team surprised us with a cake and decorated our room. This was a very kind gesture and it made our day all the more special. Additionally, during the trip my mother had forgotten her jacket in one of the hotels we were staying and the Green Zone destination team went out of the way to fetch it and deliver it to us enroute. Overall, we had a wonderful time and have cherished memories of our visit to Bhutan. Kudos to the Green Zone destination team for organising our trip and being on top of everything. I strongly recommend them for Bhutan travel requirements.

The itinerary prepared by Travel agent is beneficial only for the travel agency as it skips major tour attractions. The last day of the trip in Phuentsholing is just to increase the duration of the tour by 1 more night. Also the hotel booked in Phuentsholing and was cheap and did not feel like 3-star hotel. Except for driver and tour guide, the first Mantara hotel - most of the other things were not upto mark. Travel Triangle should make all the reviews of tour agent public for the travellers to make a better decision. Bhutan is beautiful and people are also nice.

We booked our 7-day Bhutan trip with Green Zone Destination through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gyam Sir from Green Zone curated a wonderful itinerary which covered all the important places and suiting our needs. The hotels were very comfortable and accessible to the main market as we wanted. Gyam Sir not only was there in planning this itinerary but was also always was in touch and made sure we were comfortable during our entire trip which was a great gesture from his side. We are very thankful to him for that. Our guide who was with us throughout the trip, Mr. Jigme Tenzin Sir was a very knowledgable and a friendly person. His vast knowledge helped us in knowing about the Bhutanese culture and tradition. He was extremely helpful during our hike to the Tiger Nest understanding our pace and motivating us to complete our hike successfully. He also took care of an elderly person who was travelling with us at every place and we are very grateful to him for that. Mr. Roshan, our driver was also very punctual and experienced and we were comfortably reaching our destination right on time covering all places. The entire trip and the team of Green Zone Destination was fantastic and we would highly recommend to travel to Bhutan with them. It is OFF SEASON but yet the package was on higher side, hotel of Phuentsholing and Paro was not upto the mark. At Paro it was far off from city centre between a farm land. There was a clear communication from my side to close the deal within 50k but came to know at time of immigration that SDF was additional it didn't set the tone right for the trip also some sight seeing were not covered, anyways it's over now and almost a safe trip. The journey was nice with nice almost new car of Mr.Lobzang and guide Mr. Sonam was also good. Couple of restaurants were good and Thimpu hotel was great

The planning through travel agent Sharmila was pretty straightforward and she accommodated all our requests within a budget friendly package. Best trip ever in Bhutan. All the hotels we stayed at were excellent. The people were kind and welcoming. The guide and driver were both friendly and incredibly helpful. Travel agent of bhutan shows in iternity punaka but at the last moment they refused to punaka. Hotel gadhen at phuntsholing was very low class. Room at 4th floor but there is no lift & electricity problem also

A great and memorable trip trip to Bhutan! To start with, our travel agent Nitesh of Trip Trova was extremly helpful and cooperative, and catered to a our small and big needs. We wished to make certain modifications to our existing itenary at theast minute and Nitesh and our guide were extremly helpful. The hotels arranged were also good, however the breakfast arrangements in some of the hotels could be better. Our guide Chimi and driver Tshering left no stone unturned to cater to our needs and make us feel comfortable. All in all had a fantastic experience and would recommend Trip Trova for all your future trips.
