Kashmir is heaven. But hotel provided to me 3 star rating is basically zero star. I have cancelled 3 hotels with one nonrefundable. There are lots extra expenses in Kashmir which was not informed to me. The cab provided to me is not allowed beyond a place due to taxi union .

It was really a best experience we had from Kashmir trip. Trip was well planned by Marahib travels especially Ms Iqra - she makes all arrangements. Hotels were good ( except the last one - Srichan Resort - pahalgam- they hold our lagguge - untill they got their payment from travel agent, bcz of that we got very late for our site seen, very unprofessional behaviour from them). Marina Drung hotel was awesome(manager- Shakeel ahmed was very polite and attainable).Our cab driver Mr. Jalal -he is very helpful and friendly, he helped us through out our journey, helped us in finding good food, also told us to bargain well in most places. But one thing is that it takes long time to travel from gulmarg to pahalgam it's not possible to see sights on same day and we had to skip A-B-C Valley, so please make sure to plan accordingly next time with some time to spare at sight. Every moment is best for us.

The trip was supposed to be enjoyable but it did not happen in same way as expected. It is not totally fault of travel agent. 1) Actually , at the time of discussion with travel agent, we were never told that cable car (gondola ride) tickets in Gulmarg is not available most of the time. we planned trip finalized and paid 25% to agent and discovered that (gondola ride) tickets is not available. If we were informed of this fact, then could have planned better. But luckily , we saw availability of these tickets in one day, but we had hotel checkout from Pahalgam that day , which is very far from Gulmarg.So, Agent charged extra to cover Gulmarg gondola ride.So, it is better to buy the ticket first and then plan with the travel agent. 2) Gulmarg gondola ride is a long long queue. Long waiting spoils the enjoyment/excitement of Gulmarg.If you are young ,then OK 3) Agent is never calling you , once the full amount is paid.I think Agent should should ask if everything is OK 4) Dal lake is not the same.If you are planning to relax , the price is 6-7 thousand now.The agent promises to pay 1st 1 hour free but all that is very shady.still the Dal lake comes to be 6-7 thousand (without going to island in between lake) 5.At every point , scams are there.No advise from Agent regarding these scams. Believe me , it is CITY OF SCAMS. It is NOT the SAME Kashmir now. Tourist /Local Crowd is also everywhere. This City of Always in Traffic jams. The two security check of baggage with a gap of 1.5 km is also harassment while returning( when you are tired). Return flight is cancelled and our airline (spice jet) asked us to collect baggage and leave airport (it is defence airport, you can not stay there inside in night). Our Airline (Spicejet) did not pay hotel stay ( because of flight cancellation). So, all these spoiled our stay in kashmir. We will NEVER go there. 5 star Hotels in south asian countries are much cheaper then 3 star hotel of Kashmir.Ticket to these south asian countries is also of similar range.So more value for money in traveling to south asian countries .

i would not like to spoil the reputation of Emaar tours and travels. But would definitely like to give an insight of my tour highlights and hurdles. it was 5N/6D package. Our Srinagar and gulmarg stay was decent but there was a constant reminder from the hotel about pending payments by Emaar. but for the stay in pahalgham we didn't have a confirmed booking as per the itenary due to some miscommunication between emaar and Hotel sales dept. we had to wait in the lobby with a toddler sleeping in my lap for 2 hrs. Miss Ifrah however tried her best to resolve the issue but it was really out of her hands. our tour driver Adil was very good and polite. but was constantly pre-occupied. Coming to travel triangle there is a lot more to improve . I think you should followup about the itenary and hotel insights more rather than just acting as payment gateway portal. Nikita Jaiswal our tour guide from TT was good but didn't have enough knowledge about the process. they must be trained properly before handling a client. overall experience was decent could have been much better.

ladies Arzoo and Huzafa were very warm and considered all of our requests. Of course there was a little hiccup on our first day for the early check in on our boat house. However, I shall let that pass. Kashmir is a spectacular beauty, reach and every place unique in its own sense. I would like to mention a few people here, I shall recommend you to hire the same people. Driver: Inaayat. Gulmarg guide: Hilal Bhai. Pahalgam driver: Shafiq Bhai. Pahalgam driver : Hayaz Bhai. One of the very good people I've ever met. The services were great. Everything was awesome.

Earlier we were skeptical to travel at first as we were having a year-old baby but thanks to our wonderful travel agent Saima for arranging a great tour. I had a best experience travelling in Kashmir with one world tour and traveler. All arrangements and planning done for us were top notch. Miss Saima is an extremely prompt and responsive person. Quick to understand your requirements, from the moment we landed to airport till day i reach my home she always asks our wellbeing and taking care of us. She guided our whole tour through tips and suggestions and was never tried to pick up the phone at any time of the day. All the hotel provided to us was one of the best with taking care of hygiene and arrangement of heating facilities in this chilling cold weather. In our second day in Gulmarg, my wife forgot her earring in welcome hotel during check out in morning and we got to know evening, asked same with manager Yaseen bhai who is very helpful, responsive and taking care of all guests. He asked his staff who cleaned our room, and we got our stuff, thanks for wonderful staff of welcome hotel. Overall, my Kashmir trip was wonderful and i wish to visit again with same traveler, i would highly recommend one world tour and traveler to everyone for wonderful trip experience.

1. How was you travel experience with Tripita ? It was really smooth and hassell free. Our driver Mohammad deserve a special mention. He was a really great guy, very warm & cooperative with us & made us feel really at ease from the beginning & guided us with every littld details. 2. How was the experience of hotels given ? Hotel Gurcoo was awesome, great food & Hospitality. Hotel royal park gulmarg room & ambience had a really traditional touch. Decent hospitality however food was not that great. Very limited option. Hotel Sparrow was the most spacious one with beautiful view. Food & hospitality was also spot on. Only the location is really remote from Pahalgam town. Last but not least Akbar houseboat experience was okay. Homely food & great kashmiri decor. However hospitilaity like providing water without being asked and making heater available 24/7 and not only at night time. 3. How was Shefali as your travel consultant ? Shefali is a rockstar. I was really skeptical to book Tripita for Kashmir as there were really few reviews on Kashmir trip from their end. However she made our trip as awesome as promised! Great job !!! 4. Please rate Your Driver and Transportation out of 5 - 4.7 5. Would you like to Book again with Tripita Ofcourse !!!!! 6. Please rate your overall trip on scale from 1-5. 4.5

We had a good trip, travel agent was prompt and checked on us every day. Hotel Milan, Srinagar - very bad service and rude staff. They were not equipped to handle the holiday rush. Hotel Rosewood, Gulmarg - comfortable stay. Being a vegetarian, I found pieces of bone in the vegetable I had ordered. The staff in the restaurant didn't care. Hotel Hermitage, Pehalgam - comfortable stay, polite staff, good food.

I had a very promising experience with Talha Travels, I had booked this tour for my parents and family, this was the first timeI had booked with Talha Travels and I need to say it was an amazing experience overrall. I would specially like to thank Ms. Sheeba - she is a very good co-ordinator and she used to contact us every day just to make sure all the things were goind good. Hotels, Cab, sightseeing, food, itinerary - all the things which were included were upto the mark, especially the Cab Driver - Mr. Azaz he is a very good person, he will take care of all our problems/queries/requests while in transit. He never makes you feel you're a tourist. I will definitely suggest Talha Travels to all of my friends. This is not a paid review, I genuinely liked the service, as this was my third visit to the beautiful state and the previous 2 tour guides were pathetic.
