    I chose Travel Triangle because someone suggested me. I heard good reviews for them. I agree but upto a certain extent. Before booking, they will call you or reach out to you 10 times a day but once booking is done they don't care whether they reply in one day, two days or three days. There were certain things for which I had to chase them but was not satisfied with their answers. They will provide you an itinerary at the time of booking, you will plan your trip according to that but just 2 days before they will shuffle everything and will say it is what it is. My flight was supposed to land at 8:15 in the morning and the hotel check in was at 2:00 PM. Earlier they assured that I will get an early check in but two days before they said it's upon availability. Check in is at 2:00 PM and they scheduled a sight seeing pickup at 2:30 PM sharp because it is what it is. Before booking i was promised that the hotel serves Jain meal but the hotel clearly denied about that upon reaching there. I was told that the hotel is 4 star but it didn't seemed to be. The superior size room was way too smaller for 3 people. Food was not at all good at the property. I would really appreciate the ground team for all the arrangements they did. I would say that overall experience was good but you need to be very much sure about everything before booking because after that they will say It is what it is as if they don't care about our concern.

    We enjoyed our first international family trip. Especially my son had a great time. The room was quite small, with a queen-size bed that made it difficult for three people to sleep comfortably. Despite messaging the salesperson for assistance, we received no response, but we managed.

    We were staying in IBIS Styles Hotel on Machpherson. First 2 days we were provided room on 8th floor and there was no wifi available due to technical issue. We changed our room for next 3 days and wifi was seamlessly available. The breakfast was very good and staff was friendly. The coach and cabs were clean and the driver arrived and dropped us on time.
