                    Hotels: 1. The Pearl by DLS Hotel was not at good (Photos already shared) - It's like 1 or 2 start hotel 2. Nandan Kanan Hotel stay was good, but they don't provide the basic needs like WiFi, teeth brushing kit, Distilled water bottles 3. Shivansh Hotel stay was OK Cab: Cab condition was good. Driver: Driver's nature was good, but due to lack of knowledge about the place by customer, Driver takes advantage. Service by Travel Agent: 1. Proper planning & coordination with team (Hotel staff, Cab Driver, River rafting) was missing by agent - Customer dissatisfied 2. After collecting the information, got to know that service charge collected was much high.

                    It was a good experience overall. The driver was experienced and knowledgeable. The hotels at Bhimtal and Jim Corbett were beautiful. Good location and good service. Rishikesh hotel was not up to the mark.

                    The tour was well. Just one disappointment that the commitment done by the travel agent was not fulfilled. Even on making them aware about the constraints or issues they just said we will do something but nothing happened.. the client servicing is not prompt, when it comes to selling the plan and getting the payments made they are prompt but post that the servicing is nill.

                    I had booked Uttarakhand (Nainital, Bhimtal, Ranikhet, JimCorbett, Mussorie, Dehradun) Trip in November 2021 and I was slightly hesitant initially as my mother was travelling alone. However, all the arrangements done by Prabha ji for Driver, Hotel, Safari Trip were amazing. She was always available on call during the Trip and helped resolve all queries promptly. She also helped me modify my trip plan after booking to better suit my needs. Driver Pridap kumar was also very polite and helped my mother a lot.                     This was for the first time I Booked my trip with travel Triangle: overall it was a satisfying experience: However I think itvwas more on the expensive side!!!! Also i feel so far as travel agents are concerned there were few options as not many got back. But Maximum services abroad was wonderful!!! Special appreciation for Aman Chaudhary of maximum and the cab driver Amit!!!!! Mussorie and the chosen spits were amazing!!!! Especially the visit to cloud end forest George Everest Kempty falls and mall road was worthwhile!!!!! Dehradoon FRIS was an enriching experience while Tapkeshwar was divine!!!!
