    We have visited kerala from 12th march to 16th march with Pepper Kerala Cab services. Even though there where restrictions of gathering on public places in Munnar our driver Paul took care of all our needs and we could visit all sightseeing places without any issues. Paul's driving was very smooth and safe, vehicle was always clean. The hotels was also nice Staying in a houseboat was awesome

    Safe and secure It's my honeymoon trip to munnar and vagamon in munnar it's really fulfilled my expectations through stay and even cab driver to theb sightseeing and in vagamon the hotel is superb with good scenic view of balcony but there is no restaurant in the hotel but it's k for a honeymoon couple. Overall the trip went good and specially the agent I really happy with him Mr. Vineet serviced better to us.

    We had very good trip to Kerala. Munnar resort is nice. Cab driver is very good and friendly. Houseboat experience and decoration of room are good. Overall it was very good experience. Thekkady hotel room is good, but there is nothing much to see than in Munnar.

    We was in Kerala for 5 nights Assure trip agency had booked/planned our trip They booked our Munnar hotel away from 25km where no any near hotel totally out of city , Bluemoon Vilas. Our trip coordinator from Assure trip is Prashant he is not called once in whole trip I was called him but he didn't receive call He is not coordinate with us. I don't recommend Assure trip agency at all Yes , we have some beautiful memories in Kerala trip 1. Our Cab driver Shrinivas is very helpful and co-ordinate with us , I recommend him. 2. Shivganga houseboat is very good food and helpful cruise crew

    would rate this trip as 3 because of 3 reasons: 1. Hotel Room : even after making the bookings 1.5 months before , the room allotted was quite noisy and had no scope of change 2. House Boat: was provided at kumarkum even though the address says Alleppye. and KumarKum is remote place and has nothing to do in the evening time 3. Not allowing us to visit Alleppye even after making multiple request
