Travel agent kusum was very efficient, understood our needs and provided options. We enjoyed our stay however there were a couple of things that didn't go as promised 1) beach facing room was promised as an upgrade as it was our anniversary but when we got there the hotel told us that they informed the agent that it wasn't available and yet the agent has promised us so they can't help. 2) my infants name was completely missed out in the return ticket booking. What we understood was that his name was attached to some other family's booking and hence there was a fair amount of confusion and waiting. When we book through travel agents it's only because we dont want the haggling with the hotel/any unnecessary inconvenience because we all know that going through a travel agent is far more expensive. So when you dont get it, it's disappointing especially in a luxury holiday like Maldives! Another recommendation is that agents should actually experience what they offer even if it is just virtual. We could have been given a lot of tips about the resort by the agent which would help us plan better. All this only because we have an infant, otherwise just adults can figure things themselves. Also automated messages from travel triangle can be monitored as I kept getting messages asking me how wonderful my trip was before it even started!! Anyway thanks for a good trip.

First of all I would like to say thanks for my planner alisha, she went beyond her way to help me on the trip. I was planning for maldives trip more inclined towards sheraton, but alisha suggested me Siyam world which was magial. A perfect resort for honeymoon trip. We stayed in water villa with pool + slide, I would say a great resort for all inclusive meal plan with private pool. I had 1 issue in Lounge access alisha got that solve in 1 call. Maldives is perfect place for your honeymoon trip.

Few things were missed out from the inclusions: Travel Insurance was not shared with us though it was mentioned in Inclusions. Travel itinerary to the resort was not mentioned anywhere. It takes almost 4 to 5 hours for us to reach the resort from Male airport which was not informed much earlier. We lost time in travelling rather we should be spending time on vacation. One very very important thing in Maldives is WATER.... Kindly tell other people about this. Water is not free there in Maldives Islands. They charged us for this. We were not aware about this.when we bought full board all inclusive meal plan even though they charged for water. that's unfair. Please in future tell this to other enquiries they have option of Half board plus meal options too so suggest that as well. Water sports activities was just awesome.
