          Overall Eric provided very good places to stay at, he made the right choices when we asked for his opinion on two different stay options. He also had good insights on where to go and the driver was knowledgable as well in terms of how to reach the location, where to stop for food and how to handle traffic. When we had a situation where the stay was not as maintained and clean as expected, Eric quickly managed the situation to the best of his ability. Overall we enjoyed our trip. Only our driver did not speak English fluently and sometimes drove aggressively, too close to other cars and that made it stressful. But this was only occasionally the case.

          We really enjoyed our tour! from the incredible tea plantations at Munnar and witnessing the process of tea in the museum. Thekkady allowed us to spot wildlife and appreciate the incredible periyar Tiger reserve. Alleppey has offered us unbelievable scenery of the back waters whilst staying on a superb houseboat.           Overall experience was good...though the cab was old , driver riyaz was excellent in every way, in terms of time, behaviour.... The hotels provide was good.. the only hitch was the houseboat in Alleppey.... We had mentioned we r 3 adults but the room provided was very very inadequate...also the behaviour of the staff members of the alternate boat was atrocious.... His behaviour was such that as if he is doing us a favor... Kiran of comfort destination was generally good and responsive..... But wish she could have given a better service regarding this houseboat issue.... Bcoz it was all talk but with no fruitful results Apart from Alleppey each and every day of our trip was memorable.... Athirapally was mesmerizing

This was my first trip through Travel Triangle and for sure it won't be the last one. I would specially like to commend the role of MS Anita Shekhawat, who went out of her way to ensure that we had a pleasant experience during our travels. Her recommendations of locations, hotels really helped us plan this trip quickly. Overall, highly satisfied. For sure area of opportunities is always there.
