Slightly disappointed with the resort location at Ooty, room location, staff cooperation, food was not up to the mark. Cab driver/service was excellent and was very professional in all aspects.

        Trip was good , but would have been awesome if driver would have got his money on time by travel triangle. I had to pay the driver almost 10k since he was short of money . Then he returned the money back to me after few follow ups. Which would have been avoided by travel triangle . Travel triangle should have called me earlier before the staring of trip and should have informed to pay my last installment as cash to driver.. otherwise the trip was good.         The Honeymoon Trip was Amazing! The Travel was a piece of cake! It was our first trip with Travel Triangle. I contacted the travel company with our interest to visit Mysore, Coorg & Ooty in January 2020 for 7 days. I was delighted with the quick response & packages I received. The resort was beautiful, the view was mesmerizing. The weather in Ooty & Coonoor was amazing. We were above the clouds, that was just waaoooo…!! Truly IT WAS A PARADISE..!!! The food was delicious. No problems for vegetarian food. Everyone there were so friendly. With my Experience all I can say is, Lee Vacations are Trust worthy in organizing trip.         my experience is good with few bads like my houseboat is very bad,there was bad smell in houseboat washroom is not clean,Dinner is not included in my package which is mistake of travel organizer team.In quotations AC cab should have been provided but hatchback was provided even driver was very good and very good in nature with good skills Nothing like to remember this is first experience with Travel triangle which is mix of some good with some bads

        Trip was overall good. But the jack hilltop resort booked in Kodaikanal was pathetic. The room was smelly and it has mould growing on one wall.Very bad experience in that hotel. Other than that trip went smoothly and we enjoyed a lot. The cab driver mr. Pradeep was very helpful and polite. Visit to dhyanlimgam

        I was so happy with the trip you provided and was enjoying it so well untill I reached to kodaikanal and had to stay at the hotel you provided..it was the worst ever experience I had with any of the hotel I stayed till today and there were no comfort at all in the hotel. I really was looking forward to suggest travel triangle to my friends family and colleague but my stay at the hotel and ignorance to shift me from the hotel by your team really made my trip a pain. My stay at Ooty was exceptional and I was very happy and comfortable with all things provided there

        Thank you chill memories. it was a amazing experience form initial booking till reach to hotels, sightseing etc. As a customer we were very much satisfied with overall services. I do not meet personally with Reema madam, Kartik Ji but i am happy with your assurance for overall packages. Hotels Coffee Cadu Estate Stay and Sterling Fern hill was very good. What can i say about Driver Basha Khan i think he know us personally. we departure at Bangalore airport Mid night at 3 a.m he was there since evening and we do not even wait for 5 Minutes for him. he was our alarm till our journey. we miss some sightseing but he cover others . His driving skills is amazing and interaction with customers and people and most important is his cool nature. He is very much comfortable with Hindi. If we plan our next visit with family or friends will contact chill memories only. I would recommend others those who want to visit South India ( like Coorg and ooty) connect Chill Memories Thank You Again

        Travel triangle agent was not reachable when we had issues on trip No proper itenary or suggestions Please plan the iternery practically Took huge amount but booked cheaper hotels via oyo which we faced huge problem and one full day wasted No response from agent at all Very bad service and working only for commission purpose from clients

        Rooms were not clean. Coorg hotel was no where near the market. Cockroaches in the room. We have to wait for more than 3 hours to check in Mysore hotel. Mysore hotel's manager was too arrogant. Service was very slow. We have been told there will no Oyo rooms from the package. But have got Oyo rooms in coorg and mysore. Need to travel for more 4-5 kms to reach to coorg hotel's breakfast restaurant. There was only 1 option given for breakfast in Coorg. I have been told I will get so many options in the breakfast. Nothing I got. Mysore hotel didn't give us breakfast. I ate it outside and Lee vacations paid me for that. Ooty hotel was good but the service was damn slow. We literally have to wait for half an hour to get water bottle. Breakfast was very limited. Only idli and bread. Cab driver was good. He knows each and every thing about the place.
