      Overall Awesome experience. Hotels were good. Cab driver was very helpful and cooperative. 5 star for driver and can facility. We have been allotted two hotels darshan and Jem valley. Hotel darshan is good just that it is veg. Jem valley has great view and location. But service is really bad. Staff is not responding on time. Rose garden in kodiakanal, beauty of Ooty.

      Two hotels were booked. In the first hotel (Preethi Towers Classic), the rooms were not clean. Even after reaching out to the manager multiple times, it was not rectified. Toilet was very dirty that cleaning it once was not going to solve the problem. Second hotel (Lake view hotel) was good. No complaints. Travel agent could have coordinated well with the hotel management to understand the fare before informing the customer.

What can i say about Driver Basha Khan i think he know us personally. we departure at Bangalore airport Mid night at 3 a.m he was there since evening and we do not even wait for 5 Minutes for him. he was our alarm till our journey. we miss some sightseing but he cover others . His driving skills is amazing and interaction with customers and people and most important is his cool nature. He is very much comfortable with Hindi. If we plan our next visit with family or friends will contact chill memories only.       Overall stay was great. Enjoyed a lot. All three hotels were good. I would like to suggest one thing, as tourist doesn't know much about the place , you should guide then accordingly. As which places to visit, how many days required per city. Because there were so much travelling that almost one whole day of my respective city tour went in travelling. So tourist can cover less but atleast can enjoy current place. Else it was a memorable trip. Thank you. Journey was beautiful than the destination. I really enjoyed bful road trip to Ooty .
