      Though there were some hiccups , overall experience was very Good. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Prince from Deft organizers as he was helpful all the time. Cruise experience was excellent. Some of experiences noted here as below- Importantly, it was agreed to provide gifts for kids as part of package, which were not provided. However, it was agreed to deliver at my house through courier. 1. 1st day pickup was delayed from Singapore airport. 2. No pickup to Hotel was arranged at Malaysia. Self cab was arranged after a long wait. 3. Hidden service charge of Cruise not intimated proir which is around 168 SGD~9240 INR. 4. As per itenary fountain of wealth in singapore was not shown. Little India and China Town was just shown from vehicle. To cater other co passengers requirement, we were taken to other place like flyer which was not part of the package and additional cost. Madame Tussads was not shown. 5. Travel from Singapore to Malaysia was hectic in Coach with kids. Considering kids, atleast flight should have been booked. 6. Cruise experience was good. But preference should have been given for balcony rooms . Opinion should have taken prior to booking 7.Time in genting highlands was not sufficient, should have well planned.

      The Singapore Trip was overall good, but the prices were a little bit on higher side. We onboarded the Dream cruise as well during our 6 days stay, which was really a nice to be place and we fully enjoyed. Just one negative thing is that you always have to be on the pickup spot at the right time, otherwise your taxi will leave. It doesn’t matter if the taxi itself is late, but you have to be very punctual.

      We enjoyed our tour. Everything Clicked well baring a few unfortunate incidents which I list below for your perusal. 1. The cab reported on 1st and 2nd day behind the schedule and we waited. But on the third day we turned up a few minutes late but to our utter surprise we could understand that the cab has left without picking us up. Later we came to know that one of our fellow group requestrd to wait a few moments for us but they did not cared to comply with. 2. The entry ticket to Universal Studio was not given in the packet handed over to me. I had to hire taxis for up and down travel and purchased the tickets to enter. 3. After reaching Kualalampur by bus we were unable to find out the person to pick us up because of a probable miscommunication. We showed the address to several persons but all failed to help us. Later we hired a taxi to the hotel. 4. Baring one or two occasions the cab drivers in general were very good and helpful. 5. The hotels booked for us were very good. We take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for organising the tour successfully. We will definitely recommend your name to others.

      Tour was good but we faced problems at some places. There was a timing issue as we were picked/dropped with a gap of 2-2 hours from the actual time. At MBS my child was enrolled as infant which was incorrect and I had to purchase ticket on the spot. I was charged 5000 extra for last day cab after finalyzing the package amount. Cruise experience was good.

My initial trips with Travel Triangle were flawless.. But my last two - Sept ‘23 & March ‘24 while alright, just weren’t as well done as they used to be.. It’s twice in a row that the service quality of Travel Triangle’s partners have disappointed me. While so far I’ve reached out to Travel Triangle quite blindly whenever I was planning trips abroad, I think I’m gonna have to reconsider my choices from now onwards…

      The Singapore trip organised by KKINGSMAN TRAVELS was great and very well organised. Cruise suggested by them was truly worth it. Hotel was ok ok but that was my own choice. I suggest one should go for a good hotel near Little India. Universal Studios, Sentosa and Gardens by the Bay are the highlights and their pick up and drop services are perfect. However, something can be added in City tour which was ok ok types. But overall it was a worth trip with all the activities and arrangements done very smoothly by KKINGSMAN TRAVELS. The best part is the customisation allowed and done by them till the last day.

      We went to Singapore & Malaysia. Hotel in Singapore was not that we expected, it was very small, was different to adjust in room with kid, even we couldn't sleep well for 3 days. When you are booking for 2A & 1C, make sure room is okay. I will not say to provide big room, atleast it should be well enough to adjust. Your travel agent also not good in speaking with customer when raised room concern, one of agent said, customer need to pay if need other room & she said she doesnt care about anything, this was really painfull specially when we were abroad. One more, TT executive is just keeping himself in whatapp group, he is helpless manager. Apart from this, everything was very good & awesome in trip like hotel in malaysia, travel partner at onsite, vehicle, timing etc. And I really thankfull to Mr Mohit, he coordinated well & assisted us in getting some return as a hotel adjustment charges of Singapore. I will still recommend TT for my friends. Malaysia hotel Onsite travel parter is good Vehicles are high end for city tour Places of Singapore like Universal studio, Sentosa are awesome Malaysia city tour, cable car, indoor games are also very good. We really enjoyed the trip.
