Few improvements suggested. Jaigarh hotel kitchen service to be improved especially in the morning by 7.30 a.m. Delay in the morning observed. SunDesert Camp tried to push us to some other property and we had to fight with him to get our reserved tent. Mandore Guest House...Rooms infrastructure to be improved. For eg. Bathroom door could not be locked from outsidevjn room no 112.. No provision if towel rod in bathrooms. Jaisalmer war Museum brings an impact of patriotism while entering. Awesome Desert camel ride & Jeep ride . Enjoyed the cultural activities at the derser Camp. View of Jaswant Thada, baby Taj mahal is beautiful with it's white colour view. The paintings at Mehranagar Fort are breathe taking. Umaid Bhavan pictures are very nice. Enjoyed the traditional sweets of Rajasthan such as Gewar, Malwa Kachoori & Shahi Samosa

Only problem was in Jaipur where the agent promised for a whole day tour guide for sight seeing, but guide showed up only in Amber Fort ( but we were ok, as we were not so much keen on having someone to explain around) Cab Driver(Anil): really polite, patient and punctual. Helped a lot in sight seeing suggestions and local info. Hotels: no comments as agent booked the hotels selected by me (which were not in list of agents' recommendations)

We had trouble in the bus provided, we had asked for a 22seater vehicle, but we got a 30 seater bus. The driver was not comfortable with the routes, he kept repeating that the bus will not go in the roads recommend ed by Google. We lost almost 5-6 hrs roaming in the cities. The travel agent sitting in Delhi does not know that the hotels he has booked has narrow roads, he should have recommended smaller cabs. Rani ki Vav is a awesome structure, I would recommend this place highly

Nice arrangement with Cab. Everything went well till the last day. Just on last day during drop at Railway station, driver Mr. Prakash was rude.

I would like to start on a positive note , we did enjoy the trip and the best part of the trip was the desert camp at jaisalmer. I would agree that all the hotel rooms were neat and comfortable with our stay. On the other hand, we wasted time at Jaipur and the sightseeing at Jaipur recommended was worthless as all the 3 places were just ok roadside and could be covered easily in roughly one hour . The tripadvisor did not recommend that we visit amer fort which was worth place to visit at Jaipur . Moreover the cab drivers had some tieups with local shopkeepers at Jaipur and misguided is to shop first which took most of our time and they were really reluctant to get us to do sight seeing . In fact they took commission even at the restaurants. We could cover udaipur in half a days time and frankly there was nothing much to do there and it was just a city with a lake and not recommended at all not worth the 12 hours of travel from jaisalmer. The desert camp at jaisalmer was the best highlight of the trip and our families had a good time and taste of Rajasthan

I have been to Rajasthan during 1st week of August 2019. It is really a great experience and all my family members are happy with this trip. Specifically, our travel agent, Ashok from Taj Holiday Mart has taken care every thing and booked nice hotels and arranged a nice Innova Crysta car with excellent driver, Prahlad Sharma. I have been to 3 cities in Rajasthan, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Traditional Heritage hotel at Jaipur and The Ummed at Jodhpur are really excellent in all means. Brahma Niwas hotel at Udaipur is also very good with spacious rooms and excellent location, but very small hotel and needs to be improved in Breakfast spread. Ashok and his team has called us every alternate day and verified about services. Car driver Prahlad ji is very nice person and he has clear knowledge about site seeing places in Rajasthan. Prahlad ji is very polite and maintains time very well. He has guided us very well in all aspects and also covered Pushkar on our request which was not in the plan. Overall I am very happy with this trip and my sincere thanks to Ashok and team of Taj Holiday Mart .
