The package we got was worth and we had some good experience and had some bad experience from the package. Hotel provided in Delhi was not good i can say because the water was salty and it was very difficult to take bath, wash the face. No service in hotel and complementary breakfast was at its worst. It was so dirty the place we had morning breakfast. Hotels provided in Agra and Jaipur were good and we are happy with that. Best part in the package was the driver we had with us for this trip. Vehicle had some problem as it was old but still we were ok with the travel part. Special thanks to driver Inderjeet. Overall i expected the hotel provided in Delhi should have been taken care as we specifically mentioned during our booking.

Everything was very good , very well planned and coordinated. the big issues we had with the hotels that were provided to us in Udaipur and Jodhpur, Over there the rooms were not at all comfortable , in Jodhpur we didn't get complimentary breakfast also and lastly the toilets were not hygenic. Apart from this the hotel in Jaipur and Mount Abu was like 5/5. In short everything was very good only if the hotel in Jodhpur and Udaipur could have been better than this gonna be an amazing tour for us.

I would like to start on a positive note , we did enjoy the trip and the best part of the trip was the desert camp at jaisalmer. I would agree that all the hotel rooms were neat and comfortable with our stay. On the other hand, we wasted time at Jaipur and the sightseeing at Jaipur recommended was worthless as all the 3 places were just ok roadside and could be covered easily in roughly one hour . The tripadvisor did not recommend that we visit amer fort which was worth place to visit at Jaipur . Moreover the cab drivers had some tieups with local shopkeepers at Jaipur and misguided is to shop first which took most of our time and they were really reluctant to get us to do sight seeing . In fact they took commission even at the restaurants. We could cover udaipur in half a days time and frankly there was nothing much to do there and it was just a city with a lake and not recommended at all not worth the 12 hours of travel from jaisalmer. The desert camp at jaisalmer was the best highlight of the trip and our families had a good time and taste of Rajasthan

I have been to Rajasthan during 1st week of August 2019. It is really a great experience and all my family members are happy with this trip. Specifically, our travel agent, Ashok from Taj Holiday Mart has taken care every thing and booked nice hotels and arranged a nice Innova Crysta car with excellent driver, Prahlad Sharma. I have been to 3 cities in Rajasthan, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur. Traditional Heritage hotel at Jaipur and The Ummed at Jodhpur are really excellent in all means. Brahma Niwas hotel at Udaipur is also very good with spacious rooms and excellent location, but very small hotel and needs to be improved in Breakfast spread. Ashok and his team has called us every alternate day and verified about services. Car driver Prahlad ji is very nice person and he has clear knowledge about site seeing places in Rajasthan. Prahlad ji is very polite and maintains time very well. He has guided us very well in all aspects and also covered Pushkar on our request which was not in the plan. Overall I am very happy with this trip and my sincere thanks to Ashok and team of Taj Holiday Mart .

Rajasthan, This was a pleasant tour. Agent was very supportive. He took care of all my trip requirements based on commitment. Provided route was very good. Other competitors were proposing long journey but "Unique Trip Maker" suggested break journey through Ajmer and Pushkar. This was an interesting ride from Jaipur to Jodhpur with less tiredness. This was a very organized trip. I highly recommend Travel Triangle and "Unique Trip Maker" to plan vacation.

Our flight delayed and so we asked our driver to be at 1.30 am at airport to pick up us. We reminded him after we reached and while collecting baggage. But still we waited for him 40 minutes in the midnight. Everyday he made some issues. Asked us for payment issues and everyday he is late to pick us. At jaipur, he accompanied his friend during our tour travel which made us very much uncomfortable. After complaining this to travel agent, he is speaking harsh to us like, why me made complaint?? Every 5 days he behaved so worse and unprofessional. All other things like hotel, places covered, response from travel agent was good

I would like to give an honest feedback. Highlights:The hotels in jaipur and agra were good. Also many good places were covered(as we were insistent and proactive) The delhi hotel was ok and was in the interiors.. Lowlights: The driver and vehicle were not good.He drove well. But from the very first day he seemed to be lazy.He was reluctant to come till indo Canadian parking and asked us to come to.some place by bus.Aftet telling him that we have luggage and kids, he came to the parking. The vehicle was not good although they mentioned luxury tempo traveller. It didnt even have curtains. Also enroute agra he stopped the vehicle to fill air and lost some time.In jaipur, he woke up only after we all got ready n told alarm didnt ring..Last 2 days we lost so much of time..We couldn't see Taj that evening and next day we reached delhi very late. Also he stopped at Amber Villa opp to chauki dhani pestering us to go there..Hardly few ppl were there. We insisted to go to real chauki dhani and he took us..We finished our sight seeing in short time and he was very reluctant to drop us to shopping area..He and a guide took us to a shopping complex in jaipur where things were costly n no bargaining allowed..Street shopping is a part of exploring city and what is his problem in that.. He took money from us for the expense and waited in agra for more than an hour to get it from.someone..it was later transferred to.us..But do you think it's a good idea to take money from us..We have to take again from.atm for our expense..Very bad... And on last day..at delhi hotel..they asked us to pay saying that they dint get money from Traveolla yet.Later travels told its bot credited due to internet issue..Why cant those guys call and sort it out without putting us in trouble.. Why are the drivers not paid in time and it will definitely affect their morale.I think that's what happened here.We made the full payment before trip. On last day he dropped us in delhi hotel and we only took uber to airport..( the vehicle was not allowed till drop area..we agree ) Overall he seemed to be a lazy fellow and not at all interested in work.He was calling continuously the travels guys and asking for.money..Traveolla is not good as we expected. Bookings were hazzle free and hotel stays were good.

My trip and points were well planned - Thanks to Garimaji. She is always present and available whenever required. Best Things (Unexpected help from Garimaji) My plan got changed in last moment and she arranged a hotel that to in good price range. Good Points: 1) Hotel in Delhi was really awesome 2) Arranged Cabs 3) Sightseeing points - all major and important points we could see in Delhi, Agra, Mathura 4) Food arrangement in Agra Hotel and food 5) Food was amazing in Delhi hotel- although service was slow, it must be due to rush time and all the things were getting prepared when ordered What could have been better: 1) The driver partner 2) Service in Hotel 3) One day instead of Innova we got old and bad conditioned Ertiga, and the driver never ready to show us more than 3 points on that day 4) On next day although promised for Innova at 8.30 - we need to fight for it till 10.15 am 5) The location was good for delhi hotel but the road was too small and ca driver were not ready to come to hotel gate What I didn't like: 1) Cabs keep on changing 2) Few drivers were really pathetic- didn't feel like they were to show us sightseeing 3) Hotel Manager in Delhi 4) Hotel in Agra - location wise good, but condition wise really bad

It was a good trip . It was really well planned and smooth one . The only issue we had is with the hotel that was provided to us in Jaipur . We stayed there for 4 days which were horrible . The room was not at all comfortable and infact for the meal we didn't get that on time. The agent i want to stay that before trip he was in touch but once the booking is done after that he wasn't not in touch , atleast he should take follow up after that too not saying regular one but yes sometimes , that will be appreciated. But yes in all these what thing was happened to us is the drive. the guy was really nice, the ride was comfortable , he was having a nice behaviour, the communication was nice.

It was pleasant & comfortable trip and economical. Package of Agra,Jaipur & Delhi. Good hotels are provided. At Delhi initially hotel was not good, when we complained abt the same, we were promptly shifted to another hotel. Good service & support provided from Devanshi Sharma of Travel Triangle and Mr.Ajay of Back2Holidays. Certainly we will plan our future trips also with them.

Ps's 6 days trip to Delhi

This was for a trip to Delhi Agra and Haridwar. Overall experience is good. Cab and driver are excellent. Hotel in Delhi (Hill palace) is a bit disappointment. Very small rooms and breakfast quality is poor. But the one in Haridwar (Urmi) is great. Overall had a nice trip. Thank you.
