Driver - the first driver was not upto mark- he has gone to the wrong airport to pick us, so we were literally calling him and waiting for more than half an hour... And after picking us, he did not know the hotel route... So another 1 hour we were just rounding all the roads in the car... Hotels Sarovar portico jaipur was excellent - food is very good. Service is good. The opulent by fern, Delhi was OK - rooms are not very clean,.. This needs improvement. food is very good. Service is good Howard plaza Agra- rooms are ok. Food is bad, choices are very less and taste is not good. Food price is very high... Not worth it

Mohd Ameed (Tourepedia) and our driver Surendra were fantastic for our trip covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. I was very pleased with the ability to customise the tour package as per our requirements so we could squeeze in an extra day of sightseeing in Jaipur. I was also very happy with Surendra as he was exceptionally professional, spoke English well, answered questions along the drive, drove safely and provided seatbelts in the back of the car. Everything was exceptional. The only thing that could've made the trip better was if Surendra was able to also be our guide for the sights, or if Tourepedia was able to pre-negotiate tour guides at the necessary sites. It was a good experience except for fern residency where the ambience was not so pleasing. Had to place multiple requests even for basic amenities like drinking water. Overall it was a good experience worth remembering. Rathambore safari, Amer fort light and sound show, camel ride and all other rides at chowki Dhaani. Loved the entire itenery, food and the driver was very friendly.

I opted the four day trip provided by Deejohn Holidays and tours. The trip was well planned to have 3 to 4 places every day, leaving enough time for each place and also give us enough rest for the next day. For the tour in Agra, the Driver suggested and brought a tour guide, who have a very good knowledge and experience around the place. With tour guide the experience on the Tajmahal, Agra fort and Noormahal was more meaningful. During the trip in Delhi, the Driver have taken shown us most of the places while driving in car. Gurdwara, India Gate and the war memorial were some of the places I visited on one day, and RajGhat, Qutubminar and Humayuun tomb on the next day. The Driver Akilesh was more friendly to interact and more professional during the interaction.

Amritsar driver was very good. Second driver at rest of the places was not at all good. His driving skills are good. But he doesn't know places & raids. Many places, we had to skip because of his inefficient knowledge. In both cases, drivers were unaware of our date & day of our arrival. Agra hotel was pathetic. All rusted hard taps on bath. Unrepaired walls, doors . Wifi was not functional in any of the hotels except Ramada.

Hotels in Agra and Jaipur was good. The hotel in delhi could've been much better. Travel agent suggested delhi hotel and said it was the best, but its not. Cab and Driver were very good. Very polite and friendly. The only drawback is that, when we asked him to take us to local shopping, he took us to a Shop where everything was costly (probably he gets a commission from the Shop) then we had to catch a auto and do local shopping Taj Mahal visit was really awesome and the guide that the Driver arranged in Agra was really good.. the guide that the Driver arranged at Jaipur is not that great.. special thanks to the Guide we had in Agra

The package we got was worth and we had some good experience and had some bad experience from the package. Hotel provided in Delhi was not good i can say because the water was salty and it was very difficult to take bath, wash the face. No service in hotel and complementary breakfast was at its worst. It was so dirty the place we had morning breakfast. Hotels provided in Agra and Jaipur were good and we are happy with that. Best part in the package was the driver we had with us for this trip. Vehicle had some problem as it was old but still we were ok with the travel part. Special thanks to driver Inderjeet. Overall i expected the hotel provided in Delhi should have been taken care as we specifically mentioned during our booking.

Ravikiran's 6 days trip to Rajasthan

The Rajasthan Trip was nice. We had a good time in visiting Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer (+ desert camp). The vehicle given to us was very good and our driver (Mr. Dhara Singh) was excellent. He used to be on time and covered all the places that was listed in the trip sheet. We really appreciate the driver and his promptness. We thank Mr. Pradeep from Tourpedia , who was in regular touch with us. Couple of concerns here.... (a) The room that was given to us at Jaisalmer was very small; hardly some space inside the room to walk. There was no storage cupboard in the room. (b) The room/tent at Desert camp was average... it was cold inside the tent and the tent cloth (wall cloth) was cut through which the cold wind was coming inside the room, which resulted in uncomfortable inside the room. The temperature was around 9 deg. , we did not get the hot water though we had requested (previous day night) the desert camp people to provide us the hot water next day around 5am in the early morning as we had to leave to Jodhpur to catch the return flight. (c) The accommodation at Jaipur and Jodhpur was good. (d) Our trip route was Bangalore -> Jaipur -> Jodhpur -> Jaisalmer -> Desert Camp -> Jodhpur -> Bangalore. Instead of this, the route could have been Jaipur -> Jaisalmer -> Desert Camp -> Jodhpur -> Bangalore. This route could have saved us (time, cost and distance) the to&fro journey between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Overall the trip arrangement was good... but it could have been made much better with respect to accommodation and the route.
