          Complementary activities in our itinerary were not paid for by the agent. We had to pay at the time then were told we would be paid back and this has not happened. Disorganised travel of drivers not being there when expected and being told multiple different times for pick ups. Also disorganisation with the company with us ending up paying extra on multiple occasions. We have tried to resolve this with white shell travel but have not received any money back. We paid a lot of money for this trip and don’t feel we received our money’s worth of organisation. I waited for several weeks after returning to write this review to see if this would be resolved and it hasn’t.

          We went on anniversary trip to Andamans in the month of Feb. The trip was well planned and organized by the Magnetic Travels with few ups and downs (which can be ignored). Coordinators were well informed and on time. Hotel were good and pre-booked. Though we had to wait in Havelock as in our hotel/resort- Symphony palms beach resort booking details were not updated, therefore we waited for an hour but on calling the Magnetic Travel Agent Nisha, this got resolved in 10mins. Apart from this once the ferry(Port blair-Havelock) seats booked were not together and had to sit alone for the whole 1.5hr journey(L'll awkward). In whole, the trip was good and hassle free. Cabs provided were tidey and well maintained. Although the budget was on higher side by 5k-7k, but if you can shell out this much amount for comfort then Magnetic tours and Travels are good option. Thanks.

          Our overall experience is good except that of the in Neil island...the power cut was devastating with the travel representative of the Neil was just worst... representative had switched off his numbers(both that was given)...and the travel triangle agent is not even responding to our calls and not even giving a damn hell to our tensions in that small island

          We had awesome time during our tour in Andaman.Our agents were great , we had a terrible experience in our stay in Andaman Residency and Gold India Beach Resort, I don't know why it has been rated as 2 stars. We complained our agent and our agent without any argument or queries provided us with awesome stay . I am very thankful for this. Our planned tour at Ross island got cancelled due to denial of permission by Navy. However , our agent was quick enough to provide tour to some other location Vandoor beach.
