        The overall trip was good. The driver was very responsible and customer friendly. Some of the main observations which may help you to improve the itinery and the arrangements are 1. The lunch at nusa penida, provided ( as a part of the package) was very poor. The food was not of Indian type ( even though 90% of the people in the group were Indians). Even the standard of the local food provided was also miserable. 2. Swiss bell rain forest hotel has got a very limited Indian menu. On the first two days of the stay at this hotel, Indian bread was not available for dinner effectively making the long list of Indian curries unusable. 3. As per itinery, the uluwatu temple is scheduled from afternoon to the close of the day. The time allotted for this temple is too long in view of the limited area to be covered. Moreover the tousists are unnecessarily exposed to the afternoon harsh sun with no good purpose. It would have been ideal if the tourists reach there by 1530 or 1600 hrs and spend a quality evening there. 1. Water sports 2. Tanalot temple

        The trip was indeed memorable. The package was well according to my custom needs. The pros 1. The agent was really prompt and helpful till booking the trip 2. The destination - Bali was superb 3. The package and the planning of the activities was well done The Cons 1. The travel agent pays less attention to your requests once you have booked and made the payments 2. Travel triangle helpline for already booked trips is best to nothing. Called million times a couple of days before the trip and nobody attended. 3. The travel agent was well informed by me to book baggage allowance before booking of the flight tickets and IT WAS NOT DONE. I REPEAT..IT WAS NOT DONE. EVEN THOUGH THEY LIED BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WAS ADDED. I WAS CHEATED AND HAD TO PAY 10000 Rs/- from my pocket for the baggage. 4. EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED THE TRIP 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND MADE ALL PAYMENTS 1.5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL WAIT FOR THE LAST MOMENT TO RELEASE THE FINAL ITINERARY. IN MY CASE I GOT THE FINAL ITINERARY, ONCE I LANDED IN BALI. VERDICT 1. BETTER BOOK THE FLIGHT TICKETS ON YOUR OWN AND BOOK THE TRIP ACTIVITIES IN TRAVEL TRIANGLE 2. TRAVEL TRIANGLE NEED TO HEAR MORE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOOKED THE TRIPS THAN THOSE WHO ARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.

        Wings of Fly Dolly supported us to prepare a wonderful memories in Bali.. She changed the iternary in the last moment and that made us to roam the same location again and again as the bali driver also confused on the travel plan.         The over all trip was very well planned. It was a very nice experience in Bali. We enjoyed the hotel stay, sightseeing and the activities planned. On the other hand the candle night dinner which was planned was not at all good. I had asked for candle night dinner on private basis and what I got was a private table placed between 10 other couples. It was as if we were having a group dinner. It was so disappointing and bad that we had to leave the place and make our own dinner arrangements for the night. I had planned my trip to Bali because of our anniversary and the epitome night of the trip was completely ruined. This was the moment I was looking forward to as it was our anniversary day and the candle night was supposed to be a good experience but in turn it happened to be the worst experience of our over all trip. I was and I am very disappointed by the candle night dinner arrangement made. I request you for a refund of the dinner but it is all up to you whether you would like to refund or not. Also, I would recommend to you to not arrange this kind of group candle light dinner if someone specifically requests for a private basis candle light dinner. Also, the experience of snorkeling was not good. The water was not at all clean, it was not clear and we were not able to see even a single fish during snorkeling. I recommend you to change the place and the vendor for snorkeling. Further, the water activities were very good. We enjoyed them a lot. The vendor was super cool, supportive and made the arrangements very good. It was a very good day for us. The sightseeing, coffee plantation walk, rice fields, temples, waterfall was very well planned and it was a new and exciting experience. The hotels were good. The rooms were clean, food was good and the staff was very cooperative. The driver (sentanu) that was assigned to us was very good. He was very helpful, supportive, calm and a nice person. We would recommend him to more travellers in future. Overall, the trip was nice and exciting. We were expecting a great and a wonderful trip but we have settle with experience of a good trip.
