Thanks for making Bali trip memorable. We stayed in 2 hotels during the course of 5 days. The driver(Putu Dharma) allocated to us was very good. He was always smiling and happy to take us more places that were not even the part of itinerary. Although we struggled to have good food quality during the course of the trip in the hotels. There was no option of Veg food in the hotels so we have to relay on outside hotels even for breakfast. Candle light dinner was very bad, it has to improved. We had asked for Veg Indian food especially at the time of itinerary but it was not given. First they gave us the non-veg food, that had ruined our evening as my wife is pure veg and they had given us Fish in starters, even before eating I asked for the confirmation that is veg or not, first they said it was veg when we had eaten they came and said it was Fish, that had ruined our evening. After waiting for another 15-20 mins they came with veg food that was also not good, every dish was so sweet that we can't eat anything. We had to go empty stomach that evening. Same thing happen next evening we had to go cruse, there was no option of veg dishes there too. Sometimes we have to rely French fries and Spring roll for lunch.

Hotel was not upto the mark ac was not cooling at all and at alam bidadri they didn’t had any idea about our booking we had to sit at reception for around 2 hours .. receptionist said to us that you are allowed to stay for single day only after that you need to checkout as entire villa are booked. Candle light dinner, kichak show, cruise dinner, entire bali was wonderful.

Overall had a good trip. But here are few points can be corrected. 1. Pickup at the airport - driver details must be sent to the customer before they reach and driver also must be informed. 2. As per itinerary trip must be arranged. According to agent feasibility it should not change. If something is not possible, must be informed to the customer on before hand. 3.Some flexible changes in itinerary should be accepted by the agent from the customer. 4.Hotels are not up to the mark. 5.Meals quality can be improved. Some good points 1. Driver was very good and kind. 2. Covered almost all places. 3. Did not face much problem during trip and very nicely arranged.

Very comfortable and hassle free trip planned by Mr Sunil Sharma of Signature travels. All changes accomodated according to our requirements. Though the services in first hotel, The Rani Hotel and Spa were not upto the expectations. Aldeoz villas were very comfortable and convenient. I’d advise everyone going to Bali to check hotel reviews in detail and plan your destinations according to time. More than 3 destinations in a day are just not possible if visited comfortably. Apart from that, the facility of personal driver was very good as we didn't have to wait for other passengers and could travel as per our convenience.
