Our cab drivers Mr Aman & Mr DeshRaj were very courteous and professional, without whom the trip would had been a complete mess. Our drive to Rhothang Pass with Mr.Vicky was a pure bliss and we thoroughly enjoyed it to the bits and core . On the downside, there were few minor thing to be taken care of. We had certain experience, where in a couple of places were closed for visit due to weekly day off , which the agent must make a note while preparing the itenary. Also one of our cab driver was certainly not very professional, his driving was very rash on the hill roads.Neither was he bothered about the comfort of the travellers even after we notified him.However, we managed to get in touch with our co-ordinator to send us an alternate driver.

First of all, Thank you Travel triangle for picking the best quotes for my trip. Thanks you travel talkies for all the arrangements in the trip. Local cab in Delhi: The local cab in delhi was a bit disappointing because he was hurrying in dropping us off at the bus point at 7 itself for a 9 pm bus and without any proper bus details from Zipgo earlier, we had wait at the roadside for 2 hrs. Volvo Bus: The Volvo bus arrangements for Delhi to Shimla and back from Manali to Delhi was great. Only risky thing I could complain was the way, the drivers were driving even in low visibility in chandigarh highway. Sightseeing cab in Shimla & Manali: The driver was really great in helping and guiding us even though we didnt know hindi. His driving was a bit rash but he made ends meet even when there was a lot of traffic jams in shimla and manali. Thanks for him (Jitender Pal) too for making the trip awesome. Shimla Hotel (Hotel Woodrina): The hotel cleanliness and arrangements were good. The food and service was also good. Only issue I felt in that hotel was, that the rooms were not properly designed to be warm even when its cold outside. I didnt face this issue in the Manali hotel. Manali Hotel (Hotel Humsour view): The hotel and the staff was simply awesome. The food and the quick service was also really good. I think the electric heater charge was a bit more here but still the hotel was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Travel talkies: The people in travel talkies really helped me a lot throughout the trip. Thank you abitabh and kashish for your endless support :-)

Overall the review was average... The package on day 1 at Shimla was very good along with the hotel & food. However at the Manali hotel the food quality was very poor, In-fact the guests preferred to eat outside then eat the hotel food. Secondly the Driver looked to be a commission agent. He only halted the vehicle at the points he preferred/he had a tie up , due to which the guests had to spend an additional 7000/- which could have been avoided... The driver needs be informed that we provide service and see that the client benefits, Due to such behavior we do not have the client repeating with us, its just a One time visitor.
