I visited Bhutan with my family. The tour was customized to my needs and an awesome experience! We enjoyed our stay in one of the world's happiest and most beautiful countries. As a tour operator, Manish did a great job and made this trip memorable. Our driver Guruji and guide Tendin (Tiger) were the gems of the people. Tiger explained Bhutan's places, history, and culture and truly made this tour spiritual for us. I recommend them for a great Bhutan trip at highly affordable rates.

I have excellent experience with BHUTAN INC planned tour, though I feel there could be an accomodation of one or more sightseeing. May be tour should be customised a bit based on age group of the traveller. Memorable experience though. But the hotels need to be re-vamped, I felt the hotel in Phuntesholing was more of a transit hotel with only basic amenities and they don't have lift, which was uncomfortable situation as I recently had arm fracture. Other hotels were nice, Best experience was with the Cab Drivers, they are friendly helpful and excellent guide, I would like to recommend a raise of salary to them. Visit to Tigers Nest, Punakha and Paro was excellent.

We had a very good and memorable trip to Bhutan. Our travel agent in Bhutan was Bhutan Inc Tours a d Travel. Sumitra Sharma from Bhutan Inc managed the entire itinerary. She was very caring and checked our experience at each stage to ensure we were comfortable. She was very candid and helpful in taking care of all documentation like e permit, travel insurance, guide, cab etc. Would highly recommend Sumitra for her customer centricity. The cab arranged was neat and clean, the guide Bijay Gurang was very knowledgeable and helpful, our driver Uphar was very courteous and nice too. Same driver and guide remained with us for entire week so it was very important to have good people. We also met Khina who is the owner for Bhutan Inc Tours and Travel. The entire team is a group of young people all with a clear mission to make your Bhutan experience memorable. Overall we had a great family trip and would highly recommend all these people if you ever plan a trip to Bhutan. Lastly, we had a good experience with the Travel Triangle team too. Mayank from their team was in touch with us. The team was transparent about their charges and rates. Though we didn't have any escalations to reach out to them for, but the team was always available and helpful.

Good service provided by Bhutan Online Owner Mr. Hari and his team of Mr. Jimmy (Guide). The guide was very friendly and helpful to make our trip enjoyable. The hotels booked were good with clean rooms. The food options (especially breakfast) in the hotel could have been better. However, food was freshly prepared and hence we preferred it over outside restaurants. Only other issue was during travel from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra on the last day, we asked the driver for a known restaurant option rather than local restaurant. However the driver said those options are only in the town and he could not go there, leading to no lunch stoppage. Would have preferred if our request could have been accomodated as we had ample time.

I had a wonderful experience during my recent trip to Bhutan. The behavior and politeness of the guide, driver, and hotel staff were exceptional. I am truly impressed by the beauty of Bhutan—it's such a beautiful country. GBS Tour and Travel organized my itinerary flawlessly and everything went smoothly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Both the guide and driver provided excellent support during our journey and trekking, assisting us every step of the way. Regarding the hotels, while some bedsheets weren't changed, the views from the hotel rooms were breathtaking. Particularly, the view from the Punakha hotel was amazing

Hotels and Stay were good. But our guide was not friendly. He used to remain with the driver. So we had to ask the other guides about the place. And on the day of tiger nest hiking I repeatedly asked the guide to help my husband,as he was facing trouble. But he ignored and stayed at the cafe . Moreover we are not satisfied with the guide . Everything else was good. It's the first day . The visit to Budhha deo Dorma was so awesome.

Details on our trip to Bhutan The trip to Bhutan was 6th to 12th may 2023. Trip organized by Ms KNG travels. The travel arrangements and the planning was very good. The coordination with all the teams went off very smoothly and we did not have any issues during the trip. Our hosts KNG were very cooperative and Ms Tara and Mr. Bimal form KNG met us in Thimphu. The driver Chencho was very good. The guide Sonam is also very cooperative and had an excellent attitude. He did explain quite a bit but I think he needs more experience in handling things. He should read more and be able to explain details on each place adequately. There were places where we could not absorb the culture. Positives 1. Very well coordinated 2. Hotels were good in Bhutan. 3. Very friendly people. 4. The costs were reasonable except for daily taxes. Negatives 1. Hotels in India both at Jaigaion – Hotel Sheetal and Hotel Orbit in Bagdogra were below par. 2. With three people sitting side by side all through it was at times uncomfortable. The vehicle is not adequate for trips were there are long journeys especially in mountains. It was definitely small Suggestions 1. You should do a bit more research for the Indian side. Maybe travel triangle could help its tour operators on the same. 2. Please give details on expenses including unforeseen elements, I am saying this is because in Bhutan every transaction is in Cash and you cannot fall back on cards if there is a problem. Please spell out things on what could be ticket costs, tipping norms, daily food expenses, contingencies, etc

This was our first experience with Travel triangle and we booked our trip to Bhutan. We got lot of options to select the travel agency and we opted 'flying fox'. Initially we were very skeptical about the travel, itinerary etc but Mr.Yogi from Flying fox helped us by patiently providing clarification for every details asked by us. It was a well planned Itinerary for a group of 3 for 7N. Package included stay, full-time guide and private car to take us around. Mr.Kinley (guide) explained about the culture, place etc in very nicely. Appreciate the knowledge and love he had on his country. Overall a memorable trip for us with lot of fun, amazing places and good food. Thank you travel triangle for the wonderful trip.
