      Mohit's 7 days trip to Bali

      The tour was planned perfectly by our agent Tanvi (Travelope) in India however the communication to the Bali agent was not upto the mark. For example: 1) Our seafood dinner in Jimbaran was included in the package however Bali agent had no clue about it so after I conveyed my disagreement to Travelope, they communicated to Bali agent and who later on agreed for our dinner which resulted us waited for embarrassing 30 minutes 2) We booked our package for 2 adults and 1 child (6 yrs old) therefore everything should have been arranged according to that even all the meals that were part of the package. Only the breakfast in Aryaduta Kuta was a buffet option, rest all were fixed meals, even breakfast elsewhere. We were always been given 2 meals and nothing for child and only been resolved after Ronak's initiation but that was too late and started from Ubud, which was our last destination. 3) I explicitly mentioned to Travelope agent in India that I need extra bed for my daughter and we agreed onto it however in Ubud, we were asked to pay 350k IDR for extra bed which I told to our Bali agent (Gusti) however he didn't have any resolution for this. I felt a big gap between our planning in India and execution on ground in Bali. Thanks, Mohit

      We had a really good time during our entire trip. All the arrangements were made perfectly as discussed. Entire iternary was covered as agreed previously. The cab driver was so very punctual and very helpful for the entire trip of ours. Services provided by all the agents were very good and as per expectations. Just had a suggestion that your team should inform the client about the expected weather during their trip, so that they can prepare for it accordingly well before. For a couple going on honeymoon this is one very important part, which matters alot during their stay. Apart from this single point everything was good. Tour to Bedugul was beautiful with awesome weather, Nusa Penida island was again a beautiful picturesque destination. Also enjoyed the adventures at Bali swing.

      Over all it was a Good Experience. I am very upset with the provided last moment change Hotel by travel triangle also, As you people degraded my hotel stay. I have booked superior room in hotel sun island and spa legion. But you changed my hotel and Room provided to me is standard room. Due to this, I have suffered 3 hrs after arrived to bali. First day we was not covered site seen as per plan tour because of shifting two hotels. And our 3 hrs time was wasted in transit. Last two days Vindravan Ubud Villa stay was pleasant and very nice ambient. My Driver in Bali, I must say he is a very good person and very polite in nature. I have given good ratings of cab. Overall its a good trip.
