        Overall the itinerary was planned and executed well . On time execution by cab driver in sightseeing. Hotels could have been better considering that I was a solo traveller and needed access to restaurants in house Jeep safari scouting for Tigers in the Madumalai Tiger reserve but regretfully did not spot a single tiger

        All was good except my stay in Mist n Mount at Ooty. Although the location was very beautiful but staff was unavailable right from the beginning, specifically in early morning and night nobody was there. Infact when I told them that we have a flight tomorrow and will leave hotel early morning they told me to vacate room on my own as the staff will come after 730. However they provided one Bread packet and 4 butter small in the night for breakfast. But if any problem exist nobody was there to attend. Also no hot water there in early morning both the days. However we manage it. Rest stay was very good. Also Driver was not cooperative enough. I mean to say that the driver should do according to customer but he was not going on as per itenary provided for sightseeing and was adamant I think. But he was very honest. So tell them to be cooperative in future. Overall it was a nice experience

        Everything's was Perfect. Mukeshji , Rahul and team were always there to support and help. Got a Innova instead of Ertica. Thanks. Day 1 my flight to Bangolre got cancelled. But my elder son had already reached Bangalore. We took the next flight . Till that time Arun , our driver took care of my elder son who didn't have anywhere to go. Rahul responded my call at 3 am. Thanks. Ooty arrangements were very Nice. Accord Higland is a very good hotel. Coorg hotel standard room was average. But Mukeshji and Rahul upgraded it to superior room immediately which was very good at a very nominal charge. Thanks for that. Mysore in half day we visited. The palace, Chamundeshwari Mandir, Ranganathsway Iyer temple. Thanks Mukeshji and Rahul and team. Wishing u all the best. Special thanks to Arun our driver. He was very kind and helpful. Ooty Blue mountain train ride, hotel stay at accord, coorg Golden temple, glass bridge, Mysore temples.

        Please ensure driver is flexible and doesnt resist if we want to explore something.we didnot see half the places in the itinerary as we wanted a dlow paced vacation.but when we asked the driver to take us to a place he showed a lot if resistance

        We have shared my flight details to concerned person (Mr. Vikas) who was dealing for planning and hotel selection. After my confirmation to hotels. (2 nos. , they shared the quote and confirmed that hotels are tentatively booked. But next day, despite their confirmation, they have changed the hotel in coorg. This is first unexpected change. Next they were informed that final quote is 57500 including everything as flight is booked my myself. Then during first payment they asked to give Rs. 600 extra for first time travel triangle fee. Later i informed them that i had used travel triangle before so Rs. 600 should be waive off, In last Mr. Vikas and Ms. himanshi confirmed that it will be done as per given quote. But after first installment of Rs. 10600 , they asked Rs. 29300 for second payment , I did the same. During my last day of trip, Driver asked me to pay 18500 as balance. then i told him that 17600 is balance. He told me that they have informed to get 18500 for cab. Then i spoke to Mr. Vikas, he told me that you pay we will return the balance once u will get back. But no calls , msg from their side and no reply of my msg. this feedback is not for amount. It is just to give real experience that customer used to face. Travel triangle is big platform. they should hire professional people as partner. This is truely unprofessional.

        The whole trip was memorable and nice Coimbatore hotel given by the travel agent was a very nice place In future for Mysore some good hotel can be recommended by the travel agent The experience with the travel agent and the driver was awesome.         Overall trip was good. But I am not happy with hotels booked especially for ooty. As per package amount considered. Room was not good neither the staff services. Cab was comfortable and driver was also good. We covered main view points. However all the points mentioned in quote was not covered due to travel time between cities. One more thing to highlight is that when we reach dubare elephant camp, there were no elephants rides. This we should have been informed from before as during initial discussion i have specifically mentioned this.

        We started our travel from Bangalore airport and driver was there to pick up our group. Good Things : Driver was on time every days to start the trip Driver took us very nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. Bad Things : Guruji travel company didn't suggested koraikanal places but kept very normal places in the itinerary. Due to bad communication and bad planning driver missed few itinerary places and spoil the whole mood We tried to follow day wise itinerary as given by the guruji travels but driver said I will do few things now and few things later and he was changing every day itinerary items. He deliberately took us to shopping places first so that we spent maximum number of time there and other places could be missed or avoided as all places get closed before 6. Driver was expecting we will provide him with meals and refreshments. Although it should be managed by his employer. We provided few times out of courtesy but this should be not compulsion as he was behaving very difficult during the trip.
